thank you!
It's very gracious of the company to give you/us such a deep look into the construction. Man a ton of effort into the build. Us audio heads can really appreciate this.
Some of you do....some don't...
This company builds some of the best if not the best amplification and pre in the world. Works class components and attention to details unlike any other company I know of.
@kavehsaffari5565 Agreed - great assembly and construction of these components. The Japanese are also very obsessive/meticulous on quality- how would Accuphase quality control compare with Boulder's?
Impressive! That’s what made in U.S.A means when ya talking about HI-Fi!
Excellent Jay - great job - - obviously America can still produce some of the finest products in the world.
Absolutely
Incredible on how open they were to showing you/us so much of what they do.
This is what a real company does
Interesting stuff. Friendly staff. Nice.
Thanks
Loving all these Boulder videos
Thanks
I was grinning for all eight minutes. JAY!!!! That was amazing!!!! I love the added music
Glad you enjoyed it
I’m grateful for your channel Jay. Cool stuff
Thank you Tom
Wow wow
Amazing look inside Boulder! Thank you, Jay
My pleasure!
Amazing equipment “Tour De Force” 👏🏻👍🏻
It's not often that you get invited into a bomb factory
That was very interesting to see the lengths they go to reduce noise and EMI with potting etc.
Also, much bigger production facility than expected. Surprising to see there is this much demand.
I agree 👍
Excellent Jay !!!!💪💪
Thank you
So much content Jay 👍
PLEASE hit the like button
Impressive to say the least.
I hope you also visited AYRE ACOUSTICS and PS AUDIO, both also in Beautiful Boulder Colorado, and don't forget World class speaker manufacturer YG ACOUSTICS , which is 15 minutes away in Arvada. Did someone say "High end Mecca?"
This should give clarity to those who think all amplification is created equally
Indeed
magnifico.😇😇😇😇😇😇
Thank you
OMG ❤
Yup
Nice factory tour. Is Boulder releasing a new 3k series anytime soon?
I wonder if all this overbuilt stuff will measure good
Those are some big 🍩s Hell i could jump start my diesel with those badboyz! 😂
Lol
Very interesting. Always wondered what is in those big cylinders. Next time ask what output transistors they use. How they select them. If there made for Boulder or they buy them. I see they use many smaller PSU capacitors instead of a few big ones. Ask about their design reasons for that.
Great point!
If I had the money it would be amps from this company! But I don't! But I am lucky enough to have the biggest current brystons!
Cool 😎
Rolls Royce!!
Indeed
❤❤❤❤❤❤😂
What a shame the 3010 pre is not as attractive as the other Amps
I disagree
Very good build, but 3050 have only 225.600 uf in total.. Maibe have 4 transformers, but to low capacitors.. Of course it's a very good amplifiers.. BR
It's an outstanding
@@jaysaudiolab Yes, agree with you, i not listen yet. Even you compare with Apex, i thing it's a matter of taste. Not a big difference. BR
It's using cheap 15000uf that's why don't forget there's 33.000uf 40.000uf 47.000uf and 66.000uf and the highest is 79.000uf.
@@moktaabdul6310 In Boulder 3050 use only 4700 uf / 160v.. I use in my amp 4 x 160.000 uf..
I'm pretty sure those transformers weigh more than 130lbs.
For sure
Military 🪖 grade .
