It unlocks a secret ending actually if you give it to him. Micah actually gets Arthur's hat instead of John and runs off to help John vs dutch. Even get a bonus end game where your Micah instead of John and can swim or do gun tricks. But y you have to kill your Arthur who rejoined dutch.

For instance I downloaded a duel mod on my pc where Arthur can duel anyone after they antagonize him by selecting duel (and that way u can kill without a wanted level. Like the wild Wild West haha. And that is actually full dialogue. Did some research and yes, that was also recorded. Dude for gods sake they recorded every line twice so that there was a normal version and a yelling version for when you are too far away from who’s talking to hear them naturally. Ofc there’s gunna be some stuff that didn’t make it haha. But I’m on my 6th playthru this time my first low honor playthru, but it’s all mods to make the game better. Including, eat, drink, sleep pee, buyable houses, realistic ragdoll, extreme gore, realistic gun sounds, real guns from that time, custom clothes, sleep with camp members, Arthur’s ex girlfriend comes to join the camp instead of running away, better fighting, realistic lawmen, personal dog, extra missions, extra side stuff, duel, extra random events, graphics (which I have like 3 different graphics mods) realistic looking weather, rob peds, and a buuuuch of other stuff. It’s almost like rockstar dosnt know how to do a remaster better than their community🤔 cus that is the case no? Lol but yea, soooo much dialogue for some of it that was scrapped. Hope my long bit of a whole lotta nothing helped haha

Yes, it's mods. These lines can be done outside of camp, you can do the companion glitch to take the gang members outside town and try this stuff out.
