If you have Glenn on stage with you, things are going pretty well.
I love how melodic their hit songs were, even the guitar solos on them were. LRB was a great band...underrated!
seriously, who underrates them? Nobody, so don't say it
@@seanlowe4785CTFON, Sean. While the term "underrate" maybe overused nowadays; it's justified RE: LRB!!!!! How often do u hear LRB on the radio?
You know you are good when you sound the same live as you do in the studio. I can think of very few bands that do.
Yes seen The Little River Band years back they sounded the same they were the bomb awesome sounded phenomenal
May I suggest another Aussie..INXS. In studio or live.
Good point!
Lots of band sound as good iF not better than studio, the likes of pink Floyd, genesis, allman Brothers band, Pearl jam,Alice in chains, the eagles, loggins and Messina , the Alan Persons project, foo fighters…actually, most bAnds aspire to be in their best during live performances
@@maryhuhnke8496 When it comes 2 those based in Australia; LRB, the L8, GR8 O.N.J., & AC/DC come 2 mind 4 me.
Thats awesome todays music not even close 👍
I've seen LRB twice and they were some of the best concerts I'd ever been too. And having Glenn Frey sit in with them here is awesome! May Glenn rest in peace.
Got to see both LRB and the Eagles each one time. Best generation of music!
I only saw them once in the early 80's when they were all still together.
saw them in 76 or 77, i believe they opened for the eagles on their hotel calif tour
@@ninod1502 KOOL!!!!!
Quality musicians making quality music. No fuss, no must. Just a bunch of guys jamming. All talented in their own right. Their live shows & concerts must be pure magic. Long live the great LBR. Pure ENERGY !!!!
I thought it was LRB🤣🤣🤣

You can't repeat good music like that anymore the goods back them a phenomenal thank God we got UA-cam and all the memories kids today don't know what good music is a bunch of garbage and I need shaking try to figure out what the hell that's supposed to be anyway God bless everybody keep safe peace out
I love all of LRB's music but this song, Cool Change, and Lonesome Loser are my top three. Well done!
so good, the harmonizing is amazing...so underrated
I saw them perform this live in NYC circa 1981. The vocal harmonies were spine tingling. Wish they could reconcile and get back together in the US!
I love watching Glenn with Little River Band having the time of his life! You rock Glenn and so does L.R.B.
Graeham you are the foundation stone of LRB and always will be. Great jam
Wow Little River Band together with the great Glen Frey RIP Glen great songwriter
Great song performers with Glenn Frey RIP 🙏 and Glenn shorrock ♥️🙏🇦🇺🇺🇸
I love this song
Wonderful guitar, beautiful harmony, never stop playing their music, love it.
When Australia was a great place to live..
Way too cool! Loved the Eagles (esp. w/Walsh!) and always thought LRB were criminally underrated. To see them with Glenn is just way to freaking cool! My brother got to see LRB live in the 80s some time & said it was a fantastic, tight show. As a concert junkie since a kid in the 70s always been sorry I never got to catch them in all of their eclectic glory! I'll still put Cool Change on repeat & just let it play over & over to this day! Thank you so much for sharing Brother!
Yeah, saw LRB in the 80's. as good live as recorded. great show
@@saphrensport7891 not many bands can master live vs. Studio. I feel LRB did amazing, Eagle's & a few others in this era.
Sadly, most bands in today's music rely on autotune.
The ABSOLUTE best days of the amazing bands is behind us & the youngin's don't appreciate or get to know that fantastic era .
Thankfully technology is a great way to relive that & especially the concert videos
Thanks for posting
My concert junkie days were in the 80's. I was blessed to see them twice in the 80:s. Real band, real musicians, real voices!
Cool Change is one of my all-time favorites!🤩
Just love the band
Real musicians, vocals harmonies wonderful I grew up with lrb such talented people
One of my all time favorite bands!
An absolutely magic song, performance, engagement with the public on a beautiful summer night in Queensland!! I don't think I have ever heard such guitar passion from LRB and Glenn Frey...
really, simply..Magic!!!
So right Marilyn ma belle ! Bless you .
Friggin awesome!!!
Fantastic song! Glenn perfect fit! 🙏❤️⭐️✌️
Awesome video..LRB fan for 30 years
Brilliant song.
My favorite song and they're having so much fun playing it!! Wow!!
Fabulous seeing the LRB members who recorded this song in 1981 together for this performance. Glenn Frey looks like he is having a good time.
Remember Glenn Frey playing with the band in Australia. Really good stuff
At the closing years of disco, my wife and I were out dancing almost every weekend. Golden times and great memories. Love it!!
They still rockin in my heart n mind
Best Aussie band ever! Bar none
@@rudyrivera3188 COMPLETELY AGREED!!!!!! Though from a different genre, the ONLY other Aussie band that rivals LRB is none other than AC/DC.
love this band love their music
LRB. Yes, one of the best bands of our time. Mine anyway! Off the chain. I loved their sound when I was 15, and still love them at 62.
hello, how are you doing it is nice meeting you here.
Can't believe Glenn Frey actually joined them in this performance.
No wonder I like very much both bands Eagles and Little River Band
If you buy their Deluxe G/H or maybe even stream it, there’s a version of “Take it Easy” from this concert where Glenn sings lead and LRB sings the harmonies.
Wow this is a fantastic performance of these musicians so very talented 😁👏👏👏👏
Still lovin' this song! Great live cut! Fantastic!!😎
Great song. Gees I miss cing all of them together. Wish they wld get back together.
What a fabulous voice and terrific guitar work!!
Housden is a great player but it's a shame he shafted the original guys Glenn and Graham in later years.
GLORIOUS!!! GREAT SONG!!!
Amazing.
My favorite Little River Band song !!!
I like the guitarist...good energy !
Forgot how much I love this song. Great clip Graeham. Love the James Bond touch at the end.
Glen Frye looks good here he loved this band so do I❤
hello, how are you doing it is nice meeting you here.
love LRB ,never fade, really great in guitar
I forgot how good the guitars were in this all round great song
Graeham, this song introduced me to Rock n Roll radio when it was released and it sparked a life-long love of music. For me it all started with LRB. THANK YOU!!!
Always loved this song snd this band. I didnt notice Glen Frey until near the end.
Wayne sounds great on this!
Frey once called Little River Band the "greatest harmony band in the world". Now...he was probably referring to a slightly earlier version than this....perhaps circa 1975 -1983 ish....but some of the same guys are here...and it's still a great sound!!
great job Wayne!
Aural ecstasy! Thanks for posting. Excellent guitar work!
fantastic , thank you Graeham
The best music ..so glad .
The guitarist sure knows how to have fun with a solo!
His predecessors were much better than him - Ric Formosa/David Briggs
@@anthonymcdibble9496 Stongly disagree. Briggs was great, not so much with Formosa. Check out Housden's solo album (New World Groove). He's excellent.
@@drakeschroeder9483 Let's agree to disagree!!
One of the BEST songs!!!!!!!
Thank you very much ! Mr ,Goble !
Just great
Couldn’t love this more,always play.Wonderful.
This is music !! fantastic band !!
My wife and I and friends were there as usual you guys were brilliant. My boys grew up with your music playing in our house and had the pleasure of meeting you at the concert you did with Beeb and Glenn in Shepperton. We were having chinese across the park and the two bioys saw you guys at the next table. They still have all your autographs. I was deeply impressed when Glenn came and sat with me while the boys talked to you.
How blessed you are.
Way cool.
I Love the All!
The real LRB!
But not the original line up, But close to it.
@@DKashman Only three original members. Shorrock, Goble and Pellicci
I was there in Brisbane in 88
I'm in the OMG I had no idea that Glenn Frey performed with LRB!!
gotta love em
Great to see the band in the late 80’s and nice to see Glenn Frey on stage. He was apparently quite fond of LRB and was even quoted as saying “they are the best singing band in the world”.
Btw, if you buy the 20th Anniversary G/H cd, there’s a live version of “Lyin Eyes” & “Take it Easy” from this concert where Glenn sings lead and LRB sings the harmonies.
Bad ass back when. Still to this day bad ass. One of my favorite groups.
Classic
love that voice
I saw this on the Big Screen in the Playpen Chill Room in Cairns... Live (allegedly)
Luv this they area great ba ND then Glen Frey from the Eagles wow
I was in a symphonic band at EXPO 88, but I didn't know these guys were on! Otherwise I would have gone to it.... love LRB! They're a tight band. Thank you for the video - LOVE IT😍
Brilliant
James Bond ending love it. Somehow missed Glen Frey famous Eagle
This is epic 😎
Saw LRB in Lafayette La, around 90. They were simply amazing and fun . Few bands can do live what they do on records.
This MFin' song "Night Owls" has so much relevance 2 the 2020's it's unreal.
Effing hell ! So good.
To all the night owls out there im one also.
Got to meet Wayne Nelson at The Fraze Pavilion in Kettering OH 5 years ago. The LRB opened for KC and the Sunshine Band. Both he and KC (Harry) are great guys.
Wow!
They're such a great band!
Wow.
LRB put out a 2 CD anniversary with over 30 of their songs on it in the 80's Best of it was they did a 2 song track of Eagle's songs Lying Eyes and Take it Easy with Glen Frey was on stage with them. Most of the takes were live.
I've been a fan of LRB since 1984. Great musicians!
Amazing performance!
Glen Shorrock. he’s returned
I never knew Glenn played with these guys and it sounds great 👌

saw them in 2017 awesome
You saw a cover band with no original members
in 2017, not the original Little River Band
@@GraehamGoble the lead was i think,awesome
@@GraehamGoble Shame you guys lost the name. Truly. You might have lost the name but you'll never lose the fans. LRB remain as one of this countries great bands and an iconic 80's band globally. Thanks for your contribution..
Как то ни когда не слышал о таком коллективе,понравился очень
Extraordinaria version con Glenn Frey, una de las mejores rolas que escuche en mi niñes.
