These sound lovely with the orange zest! Sadly, the traditional Italian bakery across the street from me closed this year. She made cookies like this, as well as hazelnut chocolate meringues (bruttiboni) and a clove cookie dipped in chocolate. They were from Apulia, so their recipes may be different than yours but I would love to see videos of any of those kinds of cookies if you know them!
