These methods should work great for both curly and straight hair, though we'd recommend looking into the "curly hair method". Maybe we can make a video explaining it in depth.

Same problem, I had long hair that used to cover my butt and I wanted to be until on my shoulder but maybe the hairdresser forgot it and I look like a boy right now xD
Hi, for the rice water, can i just drain the water and the rice and use it straight away or do i have to wait 24 hrs.
The typical recommendation is to let the rice water ferment for about 24 to 48 hours before using it. During the fermentation process, beneficial compounds are released from the rice, which can enhance the effectiveness of rice water for hair or skin care.

You cant do every tip except for eating healthy and expect it to work. Consuming biotin and eating healthy are probably the two most important steps
