Today, I want to give you a really good and inexpensive tip for hair growth or thicker hair.
While I do sell different hair growth products, today, I just want to give you a simple tip to help promote hair growth.
My #1 tip for hair growth and thicker hair is to consume gelatin. You could use either gelatin, unflavored and unsweetened Jell-O, or hydrolyzed collagen.
How gelatin can potentially help increase hair growth:
• It’s 99% protein
• It has amino acids and peptides
• It increases blood flow and blood volume
In a few interesting studies, they saw a 50% increase in hair growth, a substantial increase in the diameter of the hair, and an increase in the number of hairs.
Gelatin may help provide the raw material needed and boost blood flow to add some additional help when it comes to hair growth-even if there is an autoimmune component or genetic weakness.
You may want to try 10 to 14 grams (1 Tbsp) of gelatin powder per day with L-cysteine or NAC and saw palmetto.

I've been talking Gelatin powder for 3 months now, I buy the sachets. What I do is dissolve 1 single cube of jelly in hot water, and add the gelatin sachet to it and drink it each morning. I'm not kidding you, my hair has taken off literally, everyone who knows me has been saying, "isn't your hair growing"! So yes, gelatin really works! Oh, and my skin looks better, and my nails are stronger and I'm 70 this Saturday! 👍🏻🙂🇬🇧
What brand do you buy?
Awesome 👏 thanks for sharing.
Where do you buy this and what brand please?

What do you mean by, "Add a cube of jelly"? Where do you buy cubed jelly? Or do you mean that you make Jello, cut it into cubes, and add it to a sachet of gelatin? Is this part necessary? Couldn't one just take the sachet of gelatin? Trying to simplify wherever I can!
My grandmother used to make us eat the gristle of the chicken bones and chew up the bones to get to the bone marrow. My friends would laugh and think it was weird that we ate the bone joints but now that I’m nearly 50 and have a full head of hair while everyone seems to be balding around me, I thank my grandmother for making me healthy before I knew what healthy was.
I’ve always eaten the cartilage and bone marrow, and I’m 46 with lots of nice, thick hair. Plus, my bones and joints are strong.

1- Good mix of ingredients
2- Noticeable results in just 2 weeks that I got from it
3- Attractive bottle with lock and quality packaging
4- Non-sticky and simple to use
Both my friend and I also use the same reactivate hair growth serum... so far it is showing good results for hair growth.. we've only been using it for 1 month.. I'm confident that next month the hair growth will be even better.
The way this guy delivers information is absolutely outstanding.
After being on youtube since its beginning, and out of all of the youtube channels of any genre that I've seen, I declare this channel to be in the top 5 channels of all time.
I have used rosemary to regrow my hair and it truly works I read something years ago tell us that any* oil on your hair will Not allow hair to grow because you are blocking the cells that need to breath for growth of hair So now I am using a shampoo and on any place like eye lashes too very carefully and rinse off All of the claims for anything else with oils won't work the Dr's are saying

What I do is take a few oz of water and microwave it in a glass for about 30 seconds. Then add my vital proteins mix in until melted. Then add a tablespoon of dry jello right out of the little brown bag it comes in from the little jello box.
It will melt too. Then wait a few minutes because it’s very hot and drink it. I hope this is clear. I get the little jello boxes in different favors and take it everyday. It makes a HUGE difference in my hair and eyelashes.
Also you could use the sugar free jello if you prefer.
Tocotrienols were a huge answer to prayer. I tried saw palmetto and it didn't do anything. Also the active ingredient in rogaine is a vasodilator. Long story short massaging your scalp works as a vasodilator for your scalp too. You do have to have some consistency about it. Two to three times a day for at least 5 min each time.
I started doing vigorous scalp massages a little over a month ago, it seems to be working. I also use peppermint oil. I may try adding the gelatin to my regimen...btw, I'm 37, I'll be 38 in exactly 9 days from today and I've been wearing a ball cap for about 10 yrs due to embarrassment of near balding. Dr. BERG is my guru! Greetings from Belgium!
Thanks for watching!
I got remarkable hair growth with this regimen, which seems to work on men as well:
1. Unscented, paraben-free baby shampoo.
2. Applied Taoist Soap for Hair Growth twice a week to reduce scalp inflammation and promote blood flow.
3. Consumed nettle tea twice a day to detoxify the liver from hormone residue.
4. Did daily 20-30 minute scalp massages to boost circulation and stimulate hair regrowth.
5. Supplemented bovine hydrolyzed collagen powder twice a day for nutrition aspect that's required.
6. Rinsed the top of my head with cold water after showering.
7. Results were noticeable in around two months, with skin benefits as well.
Please name the brand of taoist soap and nettle tea u use?
Search it online. Its the name itself. Only 1 site selling it.
Nettle has no brand. @@priyamehlawat405
My mom used to do this and her nails were beautiful.
Whip with a mixer 1 jar of sugar free applesauce sauce with 2 packages of flavorless nox gelatin until it comes like a whiped cream. Place plastic wrap in a container. Pour the mixture into it. Place it in the fridge overnight. Eat it.
Great to be reminded of this, so it was not actually an old wives tale, my granny and my mom told me this when I was a kid. Amazing !
I have tried everything for my hair I want to try this gelatin I'll come back
I really want to say thank you Dr. Berg because you had changed my perspective on food and minerals, I had follow every single thing you said about keto and diet for a month and I can see my body is getting way better than before. Wow 👏 wow 👏 wow 👏 👌 I usually take the powder gelatin 2- 3times in a week. Now that I know it promotes hair growth and more, I ll start taking it everyday. All thanks to you Doctor Berg, the best Doctor ever ❤ 💙 ♥ 🙌
@@breal7277 one table spoon of gelatin into five table spoons of room temperature water, leave it for ten minutes to dissolve, add hot water to it, stir well, add a table spoon of cocoa powder, almond milk, healthy sweetener of your choice there your have it. Hope this helps 🙏
Have you got any examples of actual products online that I could see? When I think about gelatine I think about the powder used in cooking
My mother told me this back in the 50’s apparently she was right. She had fabulous hair.
Also good for the face and nails.
Where to got these 3 staff together?
@@shafimuhammad3124 just buy normal gelatin at the food store. Most food stores have it.
@@sion1677 thanks buddy
I love these old school remedies
I make regular sugared Jello, keep it hot and drink it. It tastes great as a hot beverage. My nails are as hard as a rock, which I don't like bc I keep them short. Haven't noticed if my hair is different bc I have been drinking it as a hot beverage for many years. Blue Razz and lime taste the best.
U just add 10gm jello to hot water n drink it ..thats it ?
Dr. Berg, your hair formula supplement is AMAZING! thank you!!! Wonderful results.
Glad to hear this. Thank you very much for your feedback.
@@Drberg I just started taking you hair loss supplements! Will report on the results later...
I have seen your video but I can't understand how I take this gelatin pls advise me
@@pradipkhant5486 you can make the geletin into "jello" and eat it everyday . I belive Dr. Berg said 1 tablespoon per day.
I buy a bag of plain, granulated gelatin, make it as the directions say and I use my own choice of juice. As it thickens I add sliced grapes, apples, nuts. It is delicious. Use any kind of juice you want carrot, grape, apple, or mix them.
How do make it ? Pls share n thanks in advance❤
It's so cute!! I have hair loss, & thin hair, thank you very much 💓 you are my saviour!😘God bless you & your team!😘🙏
Years ago I worked at a place where we made desserts for the restaurant. A lot of the Jello didn't make it it upstairs 😂 and my fingernails and toenails were so strong that they were difficult to clip. Hard as rock. 😊
I took 20 grams of collagen peptides I and III every day for six months and saw a noticeable improvement in my hair and nails.
It's crazy that I have long hair but it's not super thick but I have extremely brittle nails. My aunt who passed from Covid last year use to tell me to eat Jello because her nails were long, thick and healthy. I just thought of it seeing this video, man she was right, may she rest in peace... thank you for confirmation.
But jello itself is terrible for you. How did you leave the video with that information lol? Hydrolyzed collagen is a key point here, not jello.
malpractice.
Sorry for your loss, my condolences
I saw a huge difference in my nails when I took biotin supplants as well. The natures bounty pink tab that is sublingual. Tastes good too
@@trixsta54 thank you very much.
Gelo is very good for joints at least they say here. We make it naturally for one national dish. In my case my hair became thick and stopped falling out using aloe, the jelly part from its leaves (we have several aloes growing at home).
Hello yall. Jell-- o is derived from gelatin ,a derivative of animal bones & skin. You may have seen 'bone broth' in grocery stores recently. It's healthy stuff. She meant a cube of jell - o,can't cube jelly. Sachets is the same as packets.Their are anywhere from 2 - 32 packets (or more) in a Knox box of gelatin. Like Dr. Berg said ,take 1 tbls.daily in the morning. Hope that clears matters up a bit....😊
This was my Grandmother's secret she told me a long time ago. She always had thick nails. (1912-2002) RIP❤
Dr. Berg with the TRUTH about human wellness, your content never fails to impress Doc.
At age 72, I’ve been using collagen peptides for a year for the sake of my joints. It worked, but I also noticed that my hair has gotten thicker.
Would you mind sharing the brand m use please?
