Today, I want to give you a really good and inexpensive tip for hair growth or thicker hair.
While I do sell different hair growth products, today, I just want to give you a simple tip to help promote hair growth.
My #1 tip for hair growth and thicker hair is to consume gelatin. You could use either gelatin, unflavored and unsweetened Jell-O, or hydrolyzed collagen.
How gelatin can potentially help increase hair growth:
    • It’s 99% protein
    • It has amino acids and peptides
    • It increases blood flow and blood volume
In a few interesting studies, they saw a 50% increase in hair growth, a substantial increase in the diameter of the hair, and an increase in the number of hairs.
Gelatin may help provide the raw material needed and boost blood flow to add some additional help when it comes to hair growth-even if there is an autoimmune component or genetic weakness.
You may want to try 10 to 14 grams (1 Tbsp) of gelatin powder per day with L-cysteine or NAC and saw palmetto.

I've been talking Gelatin powder for 3 months now, I buy the sachets. What I do is dissolve 1 single cube of jelly in hot water, and add the gelatin sachet to it and drink it each morning. I'm not kidding you, my hair has taken off literally, everyone who knows me has been saying, "isn't your hair growing"! So yes, gelatin really works! Oh, and my skin looks better, and my nails are stronger and I'm 70 this Saturday! 👍🏻🙂🇬🇧

What do you mean by, "Add a cube of jelly"? Where do you buy cubed jelly? Or do you mean that you make Jello, cut it into cubes, and add it to a sachet of gelatin? Is this part necessary? Couldn't one just take the sachet of gelatin? Trying to simplify wherever I can!

My grandmother used to make us eat the gristle of the chicken bones and chew up the bones to get to the bone marrow. My friends would laugh and think it was weird that we ate the bone joints but now that I’m nearly 50 and have a full head of hair while everyone seems to be balding around me, I thank my grandmother for making me healthy before I knew what healthy was.

It will melt too. Then wait a few minutes because it’s very hot and drink it. I hope this is clear. I get the little jello boxes in different favors and take it everyday. It makes a HUGE difference in my hair and eyelashes.

Gelo is very good for joints at least they say here. We make it naturally for one national dish. In my case my hair became thick and stopped falling out using aloe, the jelly part from its leaves (we have several aloes growing at home).

Hello yall. Jell-- o is derived from gelatin ,a derivative of animal bones & skin. You may have seen 'bone broth' in grocery stores recently. It's healthy stuff. She meant a cube of jell - o,can't cube jelly. Sachets is the same as packets.Their are anywhere from 2 - 32 packets (or more) in a Knox box of gelatin. Like Dr. Berg said ,take 1 tbls.daily in the morning. Hope that clears matters up a bit....😊
