Clun Mahindra is a big cheat. I had similar experience with them. Finally I surrendered the membership with a huge loss, because I didn't want to remain associated with such crooks who want to fleece you at every opportunity. Because of this experience I do not use any Mahindra product including their Bank
The best option is we should never buy these products like Club Mahendra or Country Club etc. Once you pay money you will be stuck and become a captive customer and have no choice. Hi, this same happened with my dad, many years ago. Mahindra people denied returning money. Dad waited for months but finally took matters in his own hands. Got 10-20 people and had to beat some people at the Mahindra office. Then we got full refund 😊

I was walking through trade fair pragati maidan & than I was very warmly invited by club Mahindra stall, they offered me free holidays but after talking to them for 5 minutes I came to know nothing was free. They were selling Holidays for lakhs.

Always remember one thing, if any company is selling you something saying its their best offer or once a lifetime offer etc “there will be something shady”. Nothing in this world is free, just follow one advice from me, never take decisions at the spur of the moment, tell yourself lets look at the same offer in a day/week/month!! It is very strange people are trapped in these scams when infomation readily available. Similar one was tried with me in 2009.that time it was very cheap 125000 rupees for 25 years .similarly they called me . I paid 15000 rupees same day .when i reach home and searching in web it was noted that bad reviews. I went back to the office to get refund they refused .i reach higher authority and got the refund in week time
Yesterday only I got a call from Club Mahindra, Bangalore. They knew I purchased a M&M SUV ( in Feb ) , and used that information to entice us to collect a free travel & stay vouchers from a 5 Star Hotel @ Whitefield for their resorts. As I knew about the dangers of such schemes, I simply told them not to misuse M&M clients with such unsolicited moves. My suggestion too please stay away from all such gimmicks & be free from traps.

Bcoz no space at the time of booking open.meals are so expensive and no option available due to its property are very far from local market. what you are exposing it's totally true and right. Even as a member after booking my mahindra car club mahindra reach out to me without knowing i am a member. very pathetic service. Yearly payment that we are making is not at all useful and very high increasing every year. They wont provide good service, on top of it if you voice out and escalate to the management they will threaten the customer with defamation. such a third rated strategy they use to curb the customer voices.

Ill tell you what. My Inlaws went for something similar with a different company called star somthing. I was asked to sit in on the pitch flby my wife. I told her, if tbey come her and pitch it, they will sell it and we will regret later on. They did not listen to me, let them in and exactly what happened. If you have never needed something, don't let someone convince you that you need it. So moral of the story is don't let the devil into your house.
Whatever unspent during corana years has got elapsed. Moreover if you're three and tell the receptionist that we are one family and will adjust in one room, they will charge almost local 5 star rates for the third persons. You will never get rooms whenever you want. Like Lonawala, Goa , Pondicherry during weekends for the nearest citizens. You will get accommodation in North East when the air tariff is at peak or not available. Horrible experience. Lootmaar experience

Why pay lacs for membership. The amount of interest you get per year will be sufficient to pay for a luxurious stay in a big hotel from that interest .
Before paying, always take a step back and think. Ask for latest brochure related to memberships & fees and what not. Ask community members about their experience. Check on websites related to this. If you are satisfied completely then you can pay
My father is a member, I once booked (2 months in advance) their Naldehra resort, primarily for the view (it is atop of a mountain)....couple of days before reaching I called and confirmed that they would give me a room with a view....on reaching..they gave us a room facing a ROCK. The entire idea was to enjoy the view....it was even embarrassing as I'd taken my friends....It would've been fine, just that I got to know they had filled the resort with non-members!!! Other members were facing similar issues and protested, but of course to no help!! He has been a member since 2008 I think, I still think it is the worst purchase of our lives! NOT worth it by any means.
I also got similar pitch call in January. As it was hosted in Absolute Barbeques, went with wife, had full buffet dinner for free and flat out refused to purchase membership 😂 Same case with Sterling

At the resorts ,the best view rooms are alloted to non members on premium...we have to accept whatever they choose for you inspite the rooms being vacant.All the complaints n arguments fall on dear ears.So something needs to be done unitedly.

Maine membership liya tha galti se.. Every month account me se paisa cut hona chalu ho gaya.. Hamara itna robust planning nahi rehta hai ke 5 month pehle plan karle.. To last 10 days me hi pata chalta hai actually ke hum ghumne jaaye ya na jaye. To membership close karvane ki liye jo procedure tha woh kiya fir bhi close nahi kar rahe the.. Baad me un par thoda pressure lana pada kisi tarike se tab bahot tym baad close kiya aur tab tak around 70k paisa mera cut chuka tha account me se jo muje policy ka document me meri sign dikhakar vapas nahi diya
They also tried to sell me, i went there drank their coffee eat their snacks and came back happily thinking in mind of free meals. And its not only club mahindra every company does the same so its always better to avoid such package.

You will never get rooms whenever you want. Like Lonawala, Goa , Pondicherry during weekends for the nearest citizens. You will get accommodation in North East when the air tariff is at peak or not available. Horrible experience. Lootmaar experience

Actually sale representative of CM mind washed us and get deposit down payment and remaining will take in instalment I purchased on 2 June 2024 and on 3rd June 2024 I have mailed for withdrawal of membership to CM. But still no cancellations acknowledgment received so far. What I have to do. Please guide me.

Why pay lacs for membership. The amount of interest you get per year will be sufficient to pay for a luxurious stay in a big hotel from that interest .
Before paying, always take a step back and think. Ask for latest brochure related to memberships & fees and what not. Ask community members about their experience. Check on websites related to this. If you are satisfied completely then you can pay

My father is a member, I once booked (2 months in advance) their Naldehra resort, primarily for the view (it is atop of a mountain)....couple of days before reaching I called and confirmed that they would give me a room with a view....on reaching..they gave us a room facing a ROCK. The entire idea was to enjoy the view....it was even embarrassing as I'd taken my friends....It would've been fine, just that I got to know they had filled the resort with non-members!!! Other members were facing similar issues and protested, but of course to no help!!
He has been a member since 2008 I think, I still think it is the worst purchase of our lives! NOT worth it by any means.
I also got similar pitch call in January. As it was hosted in Absolute Barbeques, went with wife, had full buffet dinner for free and flat out refused to purchase membership 😂

At the resorts ,the best view rooms are alloted to non members on premium...we have to accept whatever they choose for you inspite the rooms being vacant.All the complaints n arguments fall on dear ears.So something needs to be done unitedly.

This is miscommunication. You as a buyer also need to ask the right questions. I was also going to buy.. asked them some questions, realised it's not working and didn't buy!
You will rarely get a booking unless you book months back. But they will sell you the room as a hotel guest even if you walk in.
Anand Mahindra should not encourage this kind of business, he portrays himself as an ethical businessman

Maine membership liya tha galti se.. Every month account me se paisa cut hona chalu ho gaya.. Hamara itna robust planning nahi rehta hai ke 5 month pehle plan karle.. To last 10 days me hi pata chalta hai actually ke hum ghumne jaaye ya na jaye. To membership close karvane ki liye jo procedure tha woh kiya fir bhi close nahi kar rahe the.. Baad me un par thoda pressure lana pada kisi tarike se tab bahot tym baad close kiya aur tab tak around 70k paisa mera cut chuka tha account me se jo muje policy ka document me meri sign dikhakar vapas nahi diya

They also tried to sell me, i went there drank their coffee eat their snacks and came back happily thinking in mind of free meals. And its not only club mahindra every company does the same so its always better to avoid such package.
I pity the consumers who fall for this. I mean yeah the sales guys are crooks and are mis selling, but you are also a literate person. Don’t be the fool who says, yaar itni terms and conditions kon padega. Jo salesman ne bola wo maan liya.
Be smart be aware.
Read the fucking documents.
Ask questions. There is no deal, there are no free lunches. There are no offers.
Suspect everyone. Just be aware of what you’re buying. If you have so much money to spend that you can’t be bothered, do not complain.
It’s a decent service if used correctly. Just be sure of what you are paying and what you’re getting.
