Consumer court mein bhej dena chahiye. Court ko chahiye membership amt ka 10 times consumer ko return ho. Aur 10% se zyada consumer naraz hai toh company band karne ka order diya jae.
One of the worst decision of my life. Club Mahindra is just looting customers. Never get bookings on time. So many False Commitments by Mr. Anup Tiwari, Sales agent of Club Mahindra. We got 1 week RCI Complimentary week but there is no availability for the same ever. Now it is expired. Rooms are unavailable most of the time. Food price is too HIGH. Better take hotels on travel apps.

Full payment ka 10% Dawon payment magte h aur rest Amount EMI main convert krte h memberhip pe bank se b jyda interest lgate hai 18% or 19% customer ko apne according holidays nhi milta.her customer ko booking issue fake commitments se pareshan hain. Aane wale time m agr company ye chize thik nhi hui to company dub jaegi because if thire sales man.

I'm a former member of Club Mahindra. Had vacations in gangtok with family and friends.
Although experience was good overall but the promises made by salesperson were not fulfilled at all.
Property promised was 4-5 star but room given was hardly 3 star with bucket and mug in bathroom where we were expecting bathtubs
Food was good although but much expensive.we were 4 adults and 3 kids.single buffet meal costed us Rs 10,000.
If someone can pay this much amount for one time meal with ease then only it's a good deal.

Club Mahindra is a Vacational Ownership Industry (25 years) on a Timeshare basis (7nyts/8dys). It has 4 Season's, (1) Purple - as the premium Membership. (2) Red- as peak Season (3) White- Pleasant weather season (4) Blue- as lean season. First one must also understand that each season have Three different Apartments known as (1) Studio apartment which is for 2 adults+ 2 kids below 12 year's or 3 adults.
(2)1 BR (Bed Room ) apartment for 3 adults+2kids
3) 2 BR (Bed Room) apartment for 4 adults+2 kids .
So while enrolling, one has to choose the season he'll prefer to travel and the size of the Room that'll accommodate his family.
So now, each season have 3 different types of Apartments, we say it as 12 kinds of membership type based on the seasons and the size of the room.

This company is finding more and more ways to cheat its customer. Recently my friend, who is non member, travelled in Naldehra resort in RED season along with 9 more family. So this company is selling studio apartments to non members and that is also in RED season. While they are denying even 2 rooms to members in RED season because they know ASF is anyway coming from each member. Pathetic... Just looting the members.

Royal Club International is much worse than Club M. These guys stop responding to vacation booking emails once you purchase membership. You m8ght get a hotel after 20 to 30 days of follow up if lucky. Plus they book sub standard hotels compared to what they promised. Planning for vacation has become a headache for us.
Before the membership, I was able to get good deals at preferred location and preffered time but now that freedom of choice n time is gone 😢

Sir my problem is like I had stayed at Jodhpur property last November they had charged me 1500 per night for extra children of 4 yrs without extrabed
So I stayed there three nights
So it is orgainised loot by property holder or club mahindra it's not acceptable
Main problem is before 45 days I had 13 days inventory in my account and i was able to book my holidays now I can not book my holidays for summer
They r asking ur one year asf is due..... After 8 years of membership it is not acceptable
45 days before it can be done if u have 2 days inventory so sudden change in policy is not acceptable

This fellow Sandeep Handa is a very very big crook. He has ditched me while he was in employment with Club Mahindra as a Manager, at CM Netaji Subhash Place in Pitampura, Delhi. He decieved me for more than 6 months and only after he left, I was helped by his replacement person in no time. Such a crook deserves to be put behind the bars only.
