    Awesome tire/wheel build man, feels good to hook with this car especially on slow rolls. I have 17x10 Forgestar D5 wheels with 305-45-17 MT street R’s on my Cat and they definitely hook good especially at the track. I also have the shortened sway bar end links from UPR. I would most definitely recommend a D.I.R.S differential brace by performance development and a 4” aluminum 1 piece driveshaft by either Wiles or CCI. Don’t get the DSS drive shafts since their crap and heard they vibrate quite a bit. I believe drive shafts are on back order so it might be a while man. Sucks we have to invest more money in the car to strengthen the drive line because Dodge didn’t do a hot job doing it to begin with.
    I wonder what’s gunna replace the Vette now? Possibly a ZL1? Oh and I would love to see what mods you’re going to do with the Hellcat if you so happen to start adding power to it. That would bring interesting content to your channel if you plan on keeping the car longer. Stock Hellcat power gets boring after a while. I’ve done hundreds of passes at the track with my stock Cat because I’m a believer in extracting as much performance out of the car before throwing money at it to make it faster. Driver mod is always number one then mods later.
    By the way I was thinking about adding Demon springs as well. How does the car feel with them on? Does it affect the ride quality in any way? Do you definitely notice better weight transfer in the rear? Have you tested it at the track? I’m curious if it will give you better 60 foots and E.Ts.

      I have been looking into the diff brace and the drive shaft which does suck since most other cars you don’t even have to touch that but atleast it’ll hold up once it is done, I’m still figuring out my route with what’s going to replace the corvette! And I have only the rear springs in so far since works been a little busy we haven’t got to the front yet, but you can already tell the back squats down and transfers weight way better then the lowering springs I had on there, I lowered it around the time I got it so it’s hard to remember what they car felt like stock, but I’m worried to go to the track and have something break until everything else supports it

    After installing all the springs how much higher did the car go or did it still have that low stance

    • @TintTutorial
      @TintTutorial  7 місяців тому +1

      Maybe around stock ride height weight just transferred better

    Those wheels look good my boy! Have you had any trouble with the springs? I heard that they sometimes sit uneven.

      So far I haven’t I still need to get the fronts put on which I’m doing Tuesday so I will be able to let you know then ! So far they rode way better then the lowering springs in the back

    Where did you order the springs from

    • @TintTutorial
      @TintTutorial  7 місяців тому

      There’s a couple different brands look up demon springs for charger or challenger they have black ones to hide color and then they have red or what not if you want to change from stock color

    Hey I have quick question so in order to put 17 inch rims you gotta change the sway bar?

    • @TintTutorial
      @TintTutorial  5 місяців тому +1

      When the car is raised up it won’t hit but once the car is lowered back down the sway bar end links will rub , I believe they were probably around 100$ and they weren’t bad at all to change 🙏

    • @edgarescobar7830
      @edgarescobar7830 5 місяців тому

      @Bailey_Wise I appreciate you replying back I'm thinking of doing the demon springs and getting some 17 inch rims not sure to run 315/55/17 or 315/50/17 but I'll Definitely will get the shorter sway bars then so it won't run or hit the rims I appreciate it 🫡🙏

    I have a n/a scat. I was trynna see if I could up grade the suspension to keep from knocking tires off. Should I upgrade to all demon suspension parts ?

    • @TintTutorial
      @TintTutorial  Рік тому

      Demon springs are only slightly lower then stock so you should still be able to get a good alignment, also weight will transfer to read better for better traction

      Just intake ,exhaust, and the springs nothing else 😔

  • @outlawperformancegarage5211

    It’s not gonna squat until you put the front springs on to transfer the weight to the rear. And if you want some real traction, you need to put on some Mickey Thompson ET street R 315/50/17. Then you’re really going to hook trust me. what I run on my muscle cars. anything over eight 900 hp that’s the tire you need.

    • @TintTutorial
      @TintTutorial  Рік тому +1

      I ended up getting the springs all put in , it for sure squatted better and traction was for sure a tiny bit better

    • @outlawperformancegarage5211
      @outlawperformancegarage5211 Рік тому

      @@TintTutorial remember you need those tires. If you’re putting down eight or 900 rear wheel horsepower the Mickey Thompson, 315 50 17 is the ticket!! I got me three pair lol. they’re only good for like seven or eight passes after that they feel like any other regular tire.

    • @TintTutorial
      @TintTutorial  Рік тому

      @@samysauce9 I just looked them up the springs are around 300$ so the rest would be your labor for having the springs installed, which hinestly I’m not familiar with install price , I would call a couple places and make sure !
