  • Happy Monday! TW- today’s video does contain talk about eating disorders, depression, addiction etc.
I wanted to talk a little about motivation and willpower today, something that I personally struggle a lot with. In this video I share how my Super Bowl weekend went and the struggles I faced when it came to all the snacks during the big game.
I’d love for you to join me on this crazy journey by subscribing and sharing your stories as well! 🥰

It's like you looked through a magic mirror and saw my life. Everything you described is what I go through. I get total anxiety when we have pot lucks, or women's breakfast at church because no matter how much I try to resolve myself to make better choices, I fail. I am praying that God uses Mounjorno to re-train my brain about food. I love your content and feel like you totally get me. Thank you, and may Gof truly bless you and your journey.

I have lost all of my excess weight without limiting anything I want to eat. It's just that now it's not an obsession like it was before. Sometimes I have cravings, but I can have a bite or a few and I'm satisfied. I'm not thinking about food all day. Sometimes my boys want fast food and it literally doesn't sound good to me so I'll heat up some tasty soup I made and froze in portions. I'm not making recipes with non-fat dairy or anything. I'll have the taco soup and add some full fat sour cream and full fat cheese so it tastes awesome, is still healthy, and I only eat a normal person portion!
Sometimes I'll get McDonald's but I can only eat four nuggets and a few fries. It's crazy and amazing.

Did you know that Mounjaro has been reported to reduce alcohol cravings and gambling compulsion in some people? I'm pretty sure the alcohol study is happening already.

Don't beat yourself up for "giving in." You're only on 2.5 and as you go up it will get even easier. Keep in mind this medicine is going to help your body process the food like a normal person and not store every freaking calorie as fat.

I’ve been up and down with my weight my entire life. I got up to 185 in September and finally had enough. I’m only 4ft 10 so that was a lot of weight on my body. Everyone kept saying try low carb so I tried it. I could only do it for 2 months because i got so sick of eating meat and eggs. One good thing was it took away my sweet cravings. I’m on Phentermine now and counting calories. It’s a struggle every day and it will be forever I know. I’m down to 148 now and still have a ways to go. You have to take it one day at a time and cheat days are a must. Just don’t let it get you down. Start fresh the next day like it never happened. You are doing great! I just found your channel yesterday and I can totally relate! Good luck to you!
