Happy new year welcome back...as i said before i am into fresh water fishing looking to start saltwater fishing...sooo Atlantic city is the closest beach to me but LBI is just up the parkway and i know it's great fishing up there....thanx for the great tips it's a great video to get a new box started 🎣👍!
Atlantic highlands here. Man what a kick ass give away! I'm new to salt water fishing this was my first season doing it and what a blast. So far loved the porgy fishing the best lol. Cant wait for spring stripers though. It's awesome to be here before 1k subs can't wait to see where this channel goes, you have some great content. Only 12 more subs till then as I write this. I'll keep an eye out for those williamson's at one of my local stores that always has things most places are sold out of. If I do I'll get ya a couple! Would be glad to help you out. I killed it last year with black label jointed woody metal lip and the BL needle fish you can't go wrong he is a local boy . I'm from highlands sandy hook but I moved down to little egg harbor
SP Minnow: Popular opinion is to remove the split ring from the front IF you use a tactical anglers clip.
I've never had an issue !!
@@dwanetracy8107 No doubt... just saying that it is considered unnecessary and yet another failure point ( certainly the stock split ring is garbage and MUST be replaced )

Avalon in the summer and LBI and IBSP for the fall run. I’m definitely gonna try and get my hands on one of those Gomames for sure!

Bunker, Bone, Wonderbread SP minnows are the only 3 patterns I throw in the spring...hammer both bass & blues.

You need your own show. Love it, made a bit of a tedious task funny. I kinda do like examining my tackle all being said 😄 I’m so inexperienced but am picking up loads of tips from the channel. Love it. Bringing my daughter out striped bass fishing pretending I know what I am doing to her.

From HBG Pa currently, just got bit by the salt bug 2 years ago and now within the next year will be finding and acquiring a new home base in either Jersey or Delaware. Not from Jersey but frequent it very often for the fall run and summer and when I do brigantine is where I’m at. I’m keen on trying that gomame!
Man, the Gomame looks good out of the package, but the finish on it gets chipped and beat to s**t so fast , it's unbelievable. No wonder you go through 20 a year...lol. Maybe try spraying an epoxy-like finish or dipping in clear epoxy before fishing it? Once my supply is gone, I'm not buying more. Results are just as good with normal epoxies or tins.
Sea isle city, NJ...make a few runs up to IBSP in the fall.

Few metals that I didn’t have one me, and honestly I could spend an hour talking about this stuff, is YES.....you’re basic kastmaster. I also will keep a 2 oz EXO-jig on me 👍
In years past my "home port" might have been the jetties at the convent at Cape May Point, the rocks at Townsend's Inlet, or Corson's Inlet (particularly the bridge at night). These days I'd say it's Barnegat Light (jetty and pocket).
The SP Minnow in Bunker color worked for me this past spring.

Sandy hook beach is my go to. Sp minnows and diamond jig with teasers are a must have for stripe bass and blue fish. Also I want to say thank you so much for teaching me about saltwater fishing since I’m a beginner saltwater fisherman. I learn something new everyday . I start on the DE River in the spring and follow the cows from there. Home port Cowtown. I love using tins and teasers. Great content thanks for the vids.

I did this 6 weeks ago i took old backpack and 2 lure boxes and loaded them for sunfish to strippers and everything in between works out good for me !
Hoboken piers are my home. IBSP is my salt. An old ass Acme Kastmaster is my lure. Classic, simple, deadly. Imagine if those timeless metals could talk... 🎣🐟
I was getting schooled this year in ISBP by an old timer with a Hopkins metal. Those old school metals still kill it!

If bluefish are around, I’ll take off the Kettle Creek and put on a Z-Man paddle tail as they don’t get torn up so easily by a big blue as a Kettle Creek does.

Hey E, watching you catch that 46in striper was awesome. I caught my first striper this past November and I am so hooked. It was only 34in. But it was amazing. I live philly but I will be driving to the shore every weekend. I am glad you shared this video so I can get a box lined up for the spring. Is there any way you could suggest a rod/ reel for surf fishing NJ? I would appreciate it. I hope to attack Ibsp and barnagate as much as I possibly can this coming year
I live in Allentown, PA but Sandy Hook is my favorite because I can get there in less than 2 hours. But I recently fished in LBI and loved it even though I didn't catch any fish that day. I'd love to see you talk a bit about your yearly Calendar. Where do you go each month and what are you targeting? Where are you going in March and April before hitting those Blues at Barnegat in May? You get the idea.
