In this episode we go over the details of the headlights from the Spitfire, one of which appears to be an original Lucas unit. We cover some details of why sealed beam headlights fail, why doing a voltage test is better than a simple continuity test, and some other intricate details all about vintage sealed beams.
We also fire up the Lucas headlight to see if it still works after all these years...

At no poont in the video did you show us how you hooked up everything i.e. charger to headlamp. Multimeter to headlamp from behind? Other than that I appreciated the video but still a little unclear on everything.

LOL, you are so verbose but dont show your hookup on the three terminals to test or put power to! I cant see into my small sealed bike beam for ground
