Does it have oil injection or is it still a mixer (preferred).
It's a mixer. I have an 08 but to my knowledge the only xcw with injection are after 2019 because they went to fuel injection and are also oil injected

Beta 2 strokes are street legal in Texas I'm not sure about any other.
Freeride_ 70 2 strokes are legal in Washington state aswell.
I just bought this bike and I am gonna test it out because I am gonna sell my TC125 Husky and if its better I'm selling it if its the same or any lower I'm keeping my 125

What is the difference between this and the exc300
In North America the XCW models are non street legal versions of the EXC models elsewhere. You can't get a street legal two stroke here.

and where do you live? because im hearing different things around here where i live in Canada NS? im not 100% sure yet but i will be going to a nearby ktm dealer hopefully they can tell me otherwise!

WeRideLikeThis (i know this is a year late) but the exc and the xcw are the exact same bike just the xcw is exclusive to the USA

offroad doesnt get as much love, but its great they make these vids nontheless
Not sure what you mean, this is Dirt Bike, a magazine especially dedicated to off road bikes. So why make a review of last year bike stating this is ''all new'' while the 2017 is out and is in fact the all new bike? 2016 was just an evolution of previous years. The 2017 is really an all new bike.
