Often adding a blanket under the knees or doing the pose laying on your back with your knees towards the ceiling (you can find pose examples online if you look up the name of the pose in supine position). I love to hear about y'all doing yoga together!

Thank you. My knees are so high in firelog pose. I couldn't feel anything in the glute or piriformis. I couldn't find an adjustment to help but I'll keep trying. Feeling very rested/nourished after tgat class.

I do glutes 3x a week and yin is a must! They just need time to stretch, don't they :) Good job!
