Pros:
+ Sounds great.
+ All analog.
+ True bypass.
+ Made in Japan.
+ Affordable.
+ All the essential controls you need for a tremolo pedal like wave, speed and depth. Adjustable level is a great bonus.
+ Pedalboard friendly due to its mini size. (Although I prefer the standard size Boss and MXR pedals.)
+ A very handsome dark blue finish.
Cons:
- No battery compartment. 😢
(Most of the pedals of this size have no battery compartment. But mini Xotic pedals do have!)

@Ibanez MAKE THE SPEED CONTROL THE LARGEST!! I think they missed the mark on the control layout. Changing speed/rate on the fly or while playing with foot (+ mxr rubber knob grippy thing) is very useful. Sound is great.

Quite logical. At least for some. The most fun knob. But i do also think it would be dangerous for thos players that want a fixed time. And since the footprint being so small accidents would easily happen. But for me, i still would prefer as you say, Nikki.

Thank you Tomo for a great demo of the tremolo. Always enjoy seeing you and hearing you play. The Ibanez trmini sounds great and I like the wave knob which reminds me of the Boss TR-2 I had. I think this pedal is better because of the volume trim pot it has. The boss tremolo really took away a lot of volume with the depth up high. I’ll give this one a try for sure.

I just watched a sublime video of you jamming toe to toe with the great Eric Gales. You and he were on fire plaing a Hendrix tune and it was an amazing moment in time thankfully captured and put up here.
You both looked so different and younger and afterwards i saw it was from 11 years ago. Wow ...just wow so inspirational.

m/M7 chord for the win!🙂 I'm glad Ibanez added this to the mini line. The original 9 series from the 1980s produced some absolute classic analog pedals (TS9, CS9, AD9) but no tremolo. This is excellent.

Thanks! I have for too many years forgot to use a tremolo. Now I will! On your pedal here I like wave at zero, depth at 11 o'clock, speed slow. Soft and human voice-like. Would be nice to have a foot controller for the speed

Is this a good alternative to the Flint? Looking for more real estate on the board & the Flint looks and sounds satisfying but this might fit the need right off the bat for a fraction of the price. How would you rate it going into stereo pedals? Cheers
