- Well Bob said about going up Hopton, but after the lack of beach a few days ago, he suggested going to Pakefield. Ive never fished there before, so was well up for it. We got fishing, and a Lowestoft match started around us. There was no shortage of fish, a fish every cast.
Well done to you both. A lovely bucket of whiting. Hopefully a nice cod soon. Brilliant video as normal. Looking forward to the next video.
Cheers, its so hard to get through the whiting at the moment. A codling would be very welcome
Hilarious! Thanks!
Cheers, fishing with Bob is a good laugh
Thanks for the video again
No problem 👍
Great night with you two, when you got your waders out I thought you'd sown sequins on to impress Bob. I agree with taking what you want out of nature as long as it's not wasted, last time we were ferreting a ditch by the road and a car pulled up and called us murderers. There were 4 in it and I said do you eat chicken, one was holding a Kentucky bucket so I said see how they're reared and killed, he said that's different. You can't argue with stupid. I usually get squirrels on my nut trees, the young ones, as with rabbit, are best. Take care, Norfolk Ray
hahaha sequins! Yes you are correct, people are so ignorant of where their food comes from. Luckily, Ive never had any abuse ferreting, people are generally just curious of what im doing
It's good to hear someone defending taking fish to eat. As you say provided they sizeable it's up to you.
@@nigelspencer7841 Exactly. I hate how the fishing culture is going. Its like a bunch of vultures, quick to condemn what others are doing.
I used to fish Pakefield in the 80s, quite an easy beach to get to. Those dog fish wouldn't have gone back, one of the nicest fish to eat and no bones.
I prefer them little spotty dogs to hounds
Nice trip, pity we don't get Whiting up here in Scotland, been a long time since I last fished at Pakefield, I think we had a few Whiting as well.
I bet you get plenty of cod and other species. We would swap them for the whiting!
