Probably good for running or cycling outside. Hearing whats going on around you is pretty important.
Seems liked they skimped on a few features though; wireless charging, multipoint connection, ear detection..all kind of standard in premium buds in 2024.
Just returned them. It’s cool in a way but even at max volume in a quiet room they were lacking in a way. There were times where it was cool to still hear music walking on the beach and the waves etc.. I just couldn’t justify the $327 when I already have the ultra earbuds and the QC II earbuds which I prefer over the ultra. I may buy them again in the future when they are on sale just for certain random times. Appreciate the review

I bought these based on your review and they're great. I have no problems using these at work and hearing whats going on around me, and I dont have to take these out to carry on a conversation. The bass is there and the sound quality is very good. It was weird at first given I've never had earbuds like these but they are definitely up there for me. Are they worth 300? Not so much but the design is phenomenal. I wish inear buds would adapt this clip on style
The right bud drains battery close to 20% faster than the left one. I raised multiple concerns with Bose. They sent me multiple replacements and realized that the product has a engineering defect. Bose team were clueless and hence I sadly returned it for a refund.
Hey I got my and the sound it’s amazingly it’s like having the sound into my ear canal for me works very well I know this Bose are too expensive, the sound on the 50% still sounds great I love BOSE before I brought this earbuds I looked on the people’s reviews and I definitely decided to get it . A few days ago I bought some Bose Open Ultra and I have a small problem with them. When starting a sound, a sound like "ssssss" is heard in the background and when the sound ends it continues for a few seconds until it turns off completely
I have the Shokz Open Fit and the Oladance Open Air buds. And imo, the Oladance sound way bettor than the Shokz. But....i still bought the Bose because i wear GLASSES. So i am really looking forward to not having a loop wrapped over my ear, sitting on top of my eyeglass stems.
After the fiasco with my Jabra Elite 75T's had an annoying hiss at around 8k Hz in the left earbuds, that massively aggravated my tinnitus, I gave them away to a family member. Then I bought the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3... their battery stopped charging after a little over a year.. So I have some very expensive paper weights. So no more ear buds for me. I'll just keep using my trusty BOSE QC35 that I bought in 2017 and which still work wonderfully. For gaming I'll keep using my SteelSeries Wireless Pro even though they are heavy and clunky and have no noise cancellation.
Just curious if your QC35s are on their original battery?
@@buxycat Yes they are and the battery is still great after all these years. They are comfortable. Only problem with them are the shitty ear pads that keep going up in the glued seams. I have to sew them together, and then they are fine again. 😁

No earbud that doesn't jam in the ear canal is going to provide any worthwhile bass. I find that style terrible for music but have pairs of that style that I use for podcasts/ movies/ gaming, as they're so comfortable for long sessions.

Most confortable earbuds ever. Bass is present enough. The real problem is high frequency which hiss a bit. Good for long podcast sessions or short music session. Good for gym or office.
Definitely shines in certain situations like the ones you mentioned, especially long listening sessions or in the office! Just not useful for my personal day to day needs 😅
Not loud enough, or I wouldn't have returned them. Shockz open fit are way better when it come to sound, but these are way better for comfort
Bose ones are very comfortable but agreed, sound quality wasn’t what I’m looking for in headphones
Very expensive definitely not for everyone but I did keep for the comfort they provided.

I returned mine. For my ears. I tried 15~75 degrees but feel fatigued after an hour or so

These buds are for Bose enthusiasts only. Kudos to Bose engineers that took a leap here, but after all, these are probably going to be copied by the Anker and rest of Chinese brands for less than half the price. Even for a Bose buds, with the selection we have today, these should be priced at no more than 149$
