Just wondering if people are realizing that being out and about with an ANC TWS is not a good thing? I mean you need to know what's going on around you while doing anything like running, walking, biking, etc. There is a place and time where ANC is great, but when out in public these days, need to have that situational awareness going on.
There's also just people (like me) who have ear canals shaped in such a way that earbuds WILL NOT stay in no matter what. I've tried every single shape, style etc and the still fall out. I might as well just go open ear because all my earbuds end up that anyway
These are fire... super comfortable. The adjustable positioning will allow for the best open ear sound quality experience I've experienced so far and super comfortable. The eq is no good. Sound profile is warm. Bass is lengthy. Highs are pronounced but not tinny. It sounds great compared to everything else I've tried. Volume is high. Becomes slightly muddy at high levels. Podcasts are beautiful. Being able to tilt and point the driver directly into your ear canal makes it so much better.
Another thing of note on open ear buds, If your one of those people that generates a lot of ear wax, you will note that when you use a conventional type of ear bud you will have to clean ear wax off them after use. With an open ear bud that problem no longer exist.
So idk if no one knows of the Tozo tonal fits t21 but they are semi ooen earbuds. Anyway they use the same 14.2 mm drivers in these and the sound is honestly amazing. They are like $27
Great review as usual, Keith! :) I'm not a fan of open ear earbuds, so I wouldn't be a buyer for these, but having said that, I think TOZO did a lot right here. I've seen a lot of open-ear style earbuds that include things like LDAC or Snapdragon sound, and it's clearly there just to jack up the price. You're not going to get that kind of detail out of open style earbuds in any kind of environment that would be conducive to wearing them. And I think your comparison with Bose is apt, because that's just the kind of garbage Bose did with theirs. $300 for open ear earbuds is nuts. The only thing that's a little disappointing here is the lack of wireless charging. That's not *insulting* at the price they're charging for these, but it would've been nice to have. They've got in-ear earbuds with wireless charging for that price or less.
I bought them. Price is great for what you get. I have other open ear headsets that cost 3 times as much that do not out perform these or have better features. I have the Soundcore AeroFit pro and althought the sound is good, the volume is not very loud at maximum volume and they fall off my head sometimes while working. The Oladance 2 have better sound in my opinion, but are larger in size and no charging case. The dual-connect for all of them is my #1 most important feature.
The moving parts seem rather loose for a new pair of earbuds... wonder how long they'll last till they start to move freely without your intervention 🤔
I got this a week ago and its my 3rd air conduction with the others being the Shokz OpenFit and Soundcore Aerofit Pro. Sounds decent though a bit warm sounding and I like that it can be adjusted according to your ear. Not a fan of its comfort as the hooks get uncomfy on my large ears after around 30 to 45 mins. Over all, still good considering the price.
Just found a workaround for the EQ settings, but you have to have more than one pair of Tozo earbuds to do it, I have the NC7 Pro. Basically you can connect a pair of Tozo earbuds that do support personalized EQ, save an EQ you think will work well with the OpenBuds and then switch to them and the EQ you created appears. Took me quite a few attempts to get it right, but eventually got a great setting for myself, that suited my taste perfectly.
I was so enchanted with them that I bought a second pair when they came out. Besides great price, audio and battery life, they are very, very comfortable. I realized this the first time I went to bed after wearing them a great part of my day and forgot that I had them on my ears until I pressed them against the pillow. This time Tozo made a great product. I have recommended them to several friends.
OK I bought a pair and they are great, the instructions suck I needed a magnifying glass to read them. Make sure you pull the buds out of the case when you first charge they have some protecting tape on them. The app is jinky at best. On the plus side they sound great and if you have earbuds in your ear for over an hour they are going to start to kill you, BUT NOT THESES since they sit outside your ear canal you and are super comfy. I think the bass is just fine and the balance is very good.
I had these a little while ago and a friend of mine has them. I now have the Soundcore aerofit pro ear buds. They sound way better than the Tozo open buds
I had the aerofit pro's but returned them, as I couldn't get a usable sound from them in a noisy environment. I bought the v30i's instead. They are a third of the price of the pro's, and for me, sound better because of how they fit.
This paired with Wavelet is a pretty killer combo. You can reduce the mid bass on these a bit to make them sound more... "Spacious"? And reduce the treble as they are a bit sharp and makes the mid range and the low end less noticeable. But with subtle tweaks I honestly think these sojns better than my Shokz Open Fits and Oladance OWS 2's. I do prefer the Bose Ultra Opens a bit more in terms sound and comfort but value wise the Tozo's feel like a steal at the moment.
BTW, I haven't tested the Bose yet but have had the JBL Soundgear Sense and the 1More S50's open ear buds to test and the Tozo's are definitely the best value for money, beating the 1More in basically every way and getting extremely close to the JBL at a much lower price
Did you notice a marked improvement in sound quality with the jbl's? The form factor looks almost identical, and I did wonder if they were just the same product badged up differently.
Nice review I got a pair of open buds for my daughter she loves them because she can here her surroundings when running a lot of popularity for them now 😎
I have these and really love them, because I can't tolerate anything inside my ear, and these are just perfect. I recently tried their earrings. And although the software seems to be more updated with it, the EQ etc. I can't stand the little thing in my ear. Even though they are extremely comfortable, I think for most people, they'd be wonderful. I mean they're thirty dollars on amazon. It's crazy.
Could you please tell me the name of the song that was in the background at the last bottle of your video which was a very good video thank you I'm thinking of
This sounds absolutely amazing but they don’t last, the speakers in the left ear broke on its own, I returned them and got a new one, 20 days later same issue 😂, just paid extra and got the Bose clip instead
Mic quality for calls is very important in earbuds, Why was the mic not tested in this video? Is it so bad? I had an older pair of Tozo in-ear and had constant complaints on calls, so without a test, I am assuming these are similar.
Same as walmart onn open ear , but for $ 39.99. The only difference i see is that there is no app. I'm thinking of getting a pair of the tozo as a second pair. I did a range test on the onn, i was 120 feet away from phone before they lost signal, and that was thru a wall and a door, very impressive. Its nice that they have multi connect, but some times its a pain in the a**, its nice that you dont have to reconnect when changing devices , however i like to listen to music on phone while using my tablet but the sound goes to which ever devive you are touching, the tozo also has low frequency bluetooth, which i assume is for finding lost earbuds, the walmart does not hove this feature.
Great review! Spot on too, I own a pair since they came out and I agree with you. Really enjoy them and for the price they’re a no-brainer. However after some hours they do start hurting the back of my ears a bit. (I wear glasses and have relatively medium to big ears)
hi there ? I need your help like real help. so please. I bought a lot of buds but I'm not getting what I want. I have liberty 4 and apple airpods pro 2 and beast studio buds but every one has a different problem apple is so flat no good bass in my opinion Samsung buds not so comfortable liberty just didn't like the power and sound signature and... please tell me between these wich one have the best sound and good power sound and sony link buds s . or beats fit pro . or razer hammered pro . or jbl live pro 2 or oneplus buds pro 2 or any in your mind ? for best bass and other stuff
I have the Shokz OpenFit and they are great. Saw these in another video and the Adjustment and Price was an instant sale for me. Arriving Monday 😎 Thanks for your positive video on these Gamesky !
I like the idea of not having to insert something in my ear to get good sound at work or while out in the real world. For the money, these are a great option.
Also, it was interesting that the packaging is bit different from what you have on the video. The graphics on the box are different and the buds don't come in the case, but in a separate plastic mold next to it.
Great review. Not having ANC i kinda get but no wireless charging is a disappointment. Other than that they are really good and i got them for a great price. Like £30 off on top of an already discounted deal.
Oh, my Gosh !!! I have seen many of your other videos on these types of Earbuds !!! And did pick out and saved the video !! And around close to this price!!! With minor improvements !!! But I will get this pair to Start !!!! And should be good enough !!! 🤗 !!! I was Suprised when you said 14 mm !!! And description of sound range !!! Which might be right on for me !!! 😮 🎉 !!! Wires and headphones be gone for good !!!
I actually might end up buying these. I need to replace a pair I just got that just don't make the cut, the Lenovo Think x15 pro, earbuds that have ear piercingly loud upper mids, very little bass, unrefined treble, and just overall not a good sounding pair. The Lenovos just have the same effect as Raycons, they create a ton of hype without having the sound to justify the hype, they don't hand them out to any actual viewers, just people on Tiktok who want to make a quick buck on a commission.
I have four sets of tozo earbuds. Three of them work fine but one of them developed a defect after a month and I cannot return it. Tozo will not respond to any emails and telephone support does not work. Absolutely zero customer service. I will never buy another Tozo product.
They are $70 on Amazon and come in 4 colors. I've been checking out their OpenEgo model which only comes in black or white. I prefer a color that stands out against my skin pigment so even stupid people will see them and try not to have a conversation with me. I've been looking at open ear models because trying to find the right sized ear cap gets to be tiresome after a while. I've been using Bluetooth headphones since 2012 when the Department of Transportation said drivers couldn't hold the phone to their ear going down the road. It's up to $2750 fine for the driver and up to $10,000 for the driver's company so they started making all drivers get some kind of headset.🤷🏼♂️ Although I'm now retired I still prefer to use a headset when doing things around the house and yes, at 68 I still dance as I work.
Just wondering if people are realizing that being out and about with an ANC TWS is not a good thing? 💯 Exactly but no one cares you know
I like my nc9s but you're right. Like when I'm walking I like to hear traffic and stuff
You can turn it off, on most I know, but I see what you mean
There's also just people (like me) who have ear canals shaped in such a way that earbuds WILL NOT stay in no matter what. I've tried every single shape, style etc and the still fall out. I might as well just go open ear because all my earbuds end up that anyway
@Xyzzyx936 it could be a problem for new markets to solve, a problem creating growth basically
Thanks! Your reviews are concise no fluff not trying to be clownish, etc... you and El Jeffen are worth listening to..............
Thanks so much!
Is great you’re giving Tozo continue recognition. Can’t beat the price & sound quality!!
These earbuds had more bass on them than i expected. They're pretty good.
My favorite for $50. I also bought some for my daughter
The best
Yeah they are, I was surprised too
I wear the earphones all day at the office, no issues, the sound is very good, and for the price point, you can never go wrong.
These are fire... super comfortable. The adjustable positioning will allow for the best open ear sound quality experience I've experienced so far and super comfortable. The eq is no good. I had these for a year and I got a second pair as a back up. Yes, that are that good.
So idk if no one knows of the Tozo tonal fits t21 but they are semi ooen earbuds. Anyway they use the same 14.2 mm drivers in these and the sound is honestly amazing. They are like $27
Great review as usual, Keith! :)

The main benefit to open ear is no ear infection from having an ear bud in overnight.
The moving parts seem rather loose for a new pair of earbuds... wonder how long they'll last till they start to move freely without your intervention 🤔

Tried it with OpenEgo buds. Didn’t work. Maybe the firmware update eliminated the ability?

Hello Gamesky, between the Tozo Openbuds and the True free 01, which would you choose? thanks buddy
Could you please tell me the name of the song that was in the background at the last bottle of your video which was a very good video thank you I'm thinking of
How does it compare with 2024 newer buds like soundcore aerofit 2
I wonder if these have the best bass for open earbuds?
This sounds absolutely amazing but they don’t last, the speakers in the left ear broke on its own, I returned them and got a new one, 20 days later same issue 😂, just paid extra and got the Bose clip instead
Thanks for posting this video.
These are my favorite earbuds and I’ve had or had them all.
Walmart sells the same exact set of headphones under the onn brand with some slight cosmetic differences. Phenomenal value
Probably buy it from the same OEM.
Already have these! They also work great for sleeping with them
how does tozo openbuds sound quality and the bass performs , when compare to soundpeats go free 2 ?
which one is better?
Can I use just one headphone separately?
Yes, maybe? I have been able to use one or other earpiece separately on each of three other tozo devices. I haven't tried these yet.
re: I bought them and they definitely can be used separately.
Mic quality for calls is very important in earbuds, Why was the mic not tested in this video? Is it so bad? I had an older pair of Tozo in-ear and had constant complaints on calls, so without a test, I am assuming these are similar.
Was wondering too, but it wasn’t time stamped. You can find the mic start exactly at 5:03
@@gitoy667 Thanks for the pointer! I tried a bunch and settled on the iMore s50 and am pretty happy so far.
Just ordered these for 39 bucks on Amazon. I only need them for being outside while light jogging or with my dog. I'll see how they work for me
Same as walmart onn open ear , but for $ 39.99. The only difference i see is that there is no app. I'm thinking of getting a pair of the tozo as a second pair. I just ordered the ONN Walmart Open Ear. They are the same as the Tozo. Sound, mic etc? Thanks.
I have had mine since they came out and I absolutely love them.
Me too.
Me too
Me too, I think they sound great, for 50 bucks, can't beat em
Great review! Spot on too, I own a pair since they came out and I agree with you. Really enjoy them and for the price they’re a no-brainer. However after some hours they do start hurting the back of my ears a bit. (I wear glasses and have relatively medium to big ears)
Got mine today, love them super comfy, sound quality is good....
How do these fit with glasses ?
Can you review the TOZO OpenEgo, pleasee! 😅
Are there better than Soundpeats Gofree 2 ?
tozo open buds or soundcore v30i ?????
Is anyone getting a crackling noise when at higher volumes?
they are good for me, becauase I only use 1 ear at a time anyway and it's always under 60% volume or lower.
Just received mines today great review
Thanks for sharing. Always enjoy your reviews. Blessings on your day.

Bass does not have a lot of fidelity. ;) All you need are bigger drivers, and all your trebles will go away.
@@ravenousvisageswhat are big drivers

Yeah I agree I can't stand putting anything in my ear, and they sound awesome
just ordered them for $29, I wonder if it's real for that price
Been using them for 10 days, they are pretty amazing for the price.
Surprisingly enough bass and I love my drum and bass music in these.
Also, it was interesting that the packaging is bit different from what you have on the video.

How much do you pay?
@whereissz They was £100 but on on sale for £70. I paid £42 🙂
Tozo: One of these earbuds lost its charge like crazy. And call quality was meh. BUT, sound quality is awesome.
These are the first buds that I have used all the batteries. Most others I have to take them off and rest my ears
Tried so many of these, not the Tozo's though, but will stick with the Cleer Arc II since they are the only open buds that can do music right.
