    My personal favorite scrambled eggs have a splash of milk added before getting cooked really quickly at a higher temperature. Gives large curds and still really creamy

    I’ve used this recipe before and added my own spin after a few times following yours,
    I don’t break the eggs up but keep it together and put it on top of the toast. I also put chives instead of green onions. Taste very good and highly recommend this method

      Me too! I even let them get brown on both sides, it‘s so delicious!!😋 adds a little crisp, but they‘re still soft on the inside!

    Scrambled eggs on toast is one of my favorite meals to make for myself. So easy and delicious. I like to keep the eggs in one mass, kind of like a folded egg but not over cooked. That way you can eat it like an open faced sandwich without the eggs falling off everywhere

    I'm in love with devil eggs. My scramble has milk in the egg mix, and overcooking is key. You gotta have that milky egg water. It's so soooooo good. This video shows the proper way to cook them, but I don't care about proprietary 😋
    Devil eggs people. Not deviled. The devil eggs I'm refering to are overcooked scrambled eggs with milk in the mix. How is this so confusing to people? 😋

      You don't scramble deviled eggs I'm so confused
      You hard boil an egg then take out the yolk and mix it with mustard Mayo paprika and cayenne and add some other stuff if you're interested
      Then you pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white

      I love devil eggs too. When I make my scramble I use milk as well, adding in just a tiny bit of garlic and onion powder also and chef's kiss* lol (the milky egg water got me 😂)

    Made my first scrambled eggs with this tutorial, I'd usually cook my eggs not-scrambled and the yellows would be 50% running and 50% dry. Scrambling the eggs first solves the problem and you don't need to back away from aggressive oils.

    Fun fact, in general it's a good idea to add salt to eggs after you cook them since they break down membranes in the whites and make them a bit more watery

    This is the best way to make eggs. When I visited Australia, my cousin cooked us some eggs like this, except adding some chilli salt, and then putting honey over the dish once served. It was amazing.

    I personally like to lightly cook a tortilla till it’s brown then put the eggs in with light cheese. It tastes so good. 9.999999999999/10 would recommend

    I personally prefere high and quick scrambles, fluffy and moist on the inside but nicely browned on the outside, but gotta say, every once in a while a nice low and slow custardy scrambles on a nice slice of bread is lovely aswell.

    Mine is somewhat dry and sad, but also spicy (have onion, garlic, green or red chili pepper, black and white peppers, salt, chicken stock, and at least three other spices in them, and as a bonus - fresh milk, or sausages) so it will not look golden, but the aroma is heavenly. If there is cheese, threw them after it's cooked and let them melt over the egg when it's served. Eat with steamed rice and soy sauce, or with bread slices like an egg sandwich.
    Just don't forget to stir fry the onion, garlic and chili slices (and sausage cubes) first before pouring in the beaten egg (that has been mixed with the spices and chicken stock and milk first). Have a nice one 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    My tip is that when you're whisking the eggs and salt, add some milk in. You get delicious airy eggs that are just incredible. Make sure that the amount of milk you put in is able to fully incorporate with the egg yolks, otherwise you'll get some really weird looking milk oil egg liquid left over at the end.

      Yeah a little milk and seasoning. And you let the eggs sit until it starts to fry. Then you gently start pushing into the middle and you have perfect ihop egg scramble 😂

      @@dennisharrison8489 It’s completely cooked. The reason the eggs are liquids is because all of the water from the egg whites have not evaporated since your cooking it slow. The temperature of the cooked eggs is hot enough to kill off any salmonella and the eggs are solid, therefore the eggs are not raw. Sorry if I busted your bubble. 🙃

    Feta cheese is my best friend. I’m not the type to try a lot of new things 😅 but when feta came along, cooking was so much easier. I made it with pasta, eggs, chicken, katsu, anything I could think of. And it works with almost everything. Salad, burgers, everything.

      @@Simple_Info11 I always have lowfat no-sugar-added greek yogurt and fruit on hand, as well as many, MANY skinless raw chicken breasts.
      After a workout, have an apple and some greek yogurt. Maybe put some blueberries in there if you're a bad boi 😏
      (But if you want to reduce raw sugar intake, just have the blueberries. Greek yogurt is dry and sad on its own. Just like my scrambled eggs.)
