You can't do too much because of the overwhelming taxes and costs of living, inflation is off the charts. There is nothing to invest in high prices leading to risk 😒.

@@kendrickmccauley496 ....LOL...Nope not every major city in the USA is a toilet like Sacramento. We moved to San Antonio, Texas over 2 years ago and love it. It's like a different planet compared to the blue states. It's clean, no homeless, no drug addicts, nobody breaking into cars all the time, no shit on the sidewalks not a bunch of garbage piled up everywhere, it's completely different.
