If your doctors can’t figure out why your periods are really bad, find a new doctor. Get multiple opinions. Many doctors do not have enough education on women’s health and sometimes you need to see multiple people.

I had to come to the comments right away, because what are they teaching in Korea that bad cramps mean you're healthy? I have very mild cramps, and there's nothing wrong with that. But just like she said, I feel like I'm sick with the flu. Low energy and aching.

One of my friends from middle schools pain was so bad she passed out from pain every month and missed so much school ahe had to take summer classes even though her grades were very good and it went on like that until highschool when she went on birth control.
The pain feels very much like a severe case of food poisoning. I’m sure you’ve experienced this feeling. Imagine food poisoning, being stuck in the bathroom with sharp, stabbing cramps in your lower stomach. That’s very similar to the type of pain, but it lasts for about 5-8 days each month, and it’s easily 4-5 times more intense. Our bodies are literally forcing the lining of the uterus to shed, tearing away the tissue to make room for new eggs. On top of that, it’s combined with the sensation of a deeply painful and debilitating charley horse.
To be clear we don't know if any menstrual pain is normal because female reproductive system and in general diseases that predominantly affect women are horribly under-reasearched. But we do know for sure that several dangerous conditions cause strong period pain and should be diagnosed and treated. Don't ignore period cramps!
I think the most annoying thing that we are told is “Oh, it must be THAT time of the month…that’s why you’re acting crazy”. Uhh…yeah!!! Literal flesh lining is being ripped out of our uterus to make room for new eggs!
Love the video… but why was menstruation described wo weirdly? And no mentioning of the egg that we produce, that does not get fertilised and therefore it comes out with the blood together….. this is menstruation
@@moglom93What's wrong with talking about the egg? She can talk about having a baby why can't she talk about the egg or uterus lining? That makes no sense. I'm Asian and I would not have explained it that way. That's not what we learned in biology class.
My doctor told me my period pain was normal and to stop acting like a baby. "Women everywhere do this every day!" A few weeks later I was having surgery to remove a life-threatening endometrioma (endometriosis cyst) that was eight pounds. Yep: I have endometriosis. "Normal pain," my foot.
Yeah when the girl said that doctors always said that 'if it hurts it means you're healthy' I immediately thought 'oh Doctors in Korea, one of the countries most infamously afflicated with epic levels of mysoginy, think women should be in constant pain throughout their lives? Yeah, that tracks ...'
Mensuration is simply a layer of the uterus being sloughed off, since there is no implantation from a zygote (a fertilized egg) which would indicate pregnancy. That's what causes the bleeding, and of course you will cramp when that happens, to help the body get all that blood and tissue out. It also gets your body prepared for childbirth, as mensuration cramps are similar to labor contractions (although much milder). If the pain feels debilitating, it's always reason to see a doctor. And if that doctor tells you it's normal, stand your ground or find one that takes you serious. Because menstrual cramps should not be debilitating. It could be a sign of PCOS.
It is how Alex doesn't manage to 'leave the house' for me lol.. They should have them try it while carrying out common daily tasks like cooking or work tasks like emailing, making a presentation, joining/ leading a group discussion lol.
I cried while watching this. I had severe period cramps every month, but the doctor dismissed my pain as "normal" since my mom and had severe period cramps too. Even when I feel that the pain is intolerable, I have to convince the doctor that the pain is too much and I need to know why it hurt so bad. The doctor said I'm stubborn and challenging him and he reluctantly send me to have USG. That's when they figure out I have large cyst on my ovarium. It took years to get diagnosed and to admit that the pain is not normal. Girls, go check your health. Level 7-8 pain that hurts so bad that makes you stop breathing and have to breath carefully to prevent the pain is NOT NORMAL. They monthly pain is literally torture, not something we have to be proud of. Sending hugs for all women who endure this her whole life ❤❤❤❤
@@yoloyolo1307lmao most of us feel the pain down there in the private part too during period... and we get the pain once every month, its not like ya'll get kicked there every month...
The pain usually radiates to the back. As someone mentioned, not everyone gets period pain, but there are people who get extreme pain that's medically concerning. I got ultrasounds done after bleeding too much and fainted in the shower.

This is when you have periods. A week before your periods, your mood is on a rollercoaster ride and you are feeling very tired - like all your energy is drained. You can feel angry and sad at the same time. Your hungry at one point and not at one point. 😢
The lining we release is considered nutrients for the embryo. So it is correct, its not just the usual scientific explanation, its the more pg friendly one.
I don't know if the translation meant to say that it's nutrition for the baby because it's not. It's literally a sack of sorts that behaves as a means of connecting the mother and the fetus because this is also where the umbilical cord is going to form. So oxygen, nutrients, waste are all delivered via through the placenta and the umbilical cord. So it's not a source of nutrition. But it is the source of transportation of materials between a mother and a fetus which is why it's very important for those that are pregnant to be very careful with what they consume because all gases and foods are transported throughout the body through the circulatory system and the placenta and the umbilical cord are connected directly to the mother's circulatory system and it will be transported to the fetus at an exponential strength.
In my opinion, period cramp is a pain that you can get ready to give birth as it will be atleast x3 more painful than period cramps. There's a reason why women died from childbirths, because the pain of giving birth is so painful. Women are so incredible.
This actually scares me but i still wish to have a child to take care of (im not even 18 y/o)... people dream about being successful in life but my dream is to become a mother, is it weird?
@@ILoveHyukaTooMuch Being weird, yes and no. You choose. In this world we live, deciding to have a child is alot ( putting aside risking your own life in another bracket). But only try this as an adult, not a as child. Don't let your intrusive thoughts control, then have regrets. Live, love and enjoy your youth . 🍀
@ILoveHyukaTooMuch I understand the feelings you are saying. Many years ago I was at that place, and read a book called Childbirth Without Fear by Grantly Dick-Read... I have always recommended it to everyone!!-- it can still be found. It explained how your body works-- a knowledge is power kind of thing (strength in this case)
I dont have bad cramps during period, and when I gave birth I feel like it's a pain that I never imagined before. such a nightmare! the cramps while the baby is searching it's way out are just that painful!!! 😭
My period pain was that bad that I didn’t realise I was in labour until I was 8cm dilated. 😂 Those last 2cm though that was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!
I’m the only woman in my family with period cramps. I don’t know how that’s possible. At least my sister and aunt sympathize with me even though they don’t have it. My mom firmly believes I wouldn’t have any cramps at all if I slept better, ate better food, exercised more, and breathed better. Basically, she told me to get good. So yeah, even fellow women can be ignorant and belittling about it.
That's the most painful thing. Fortunately the period pain runs in my family and no one including the guys in my family will ever belittle period pain.
The worst is having to keep studying/working even though you can feel the cramps on your friggin KNEES! I used to hate the cold weather as well, bc it was so much worse.
I have a bad cramp too :( Sometimes i vomit and off course the pain in all over the body haha Sometimes not take a meal is a good decision but your stomach empty, so you just add 1 more pain haha I cant even lay down on the bed properly haha There was a time, I had a fever and diarrhea during my period, and it was really the worst combination. My period lasts about 5 days or a week, but the pain comes on the first 2 day, the bad pain -.- Still did all the work on that days, sometimes take the medicine and pretend to be fine haha
I think most people who menstruates can relate to this. Though not everyone will have cramps this bad. If it's debilitating, it's always wise to see a doctor, and to stand your ground, because most of them will dismiss your concerns. Because of this, medical conditions like PCOS, heart attacks, and appendicitis are often overlooked in people with a uterus. Even some women without a uterus struggle to be taken seriously by doctors when they have abdominal pain (not just trans women, but also intersex women, women born without a womb, and women who've had a hysterectomy) So if your doctor tells you it's normal, keep pushing to have it checked out.
Cramps are the uterus cutting off its blood supply so it can contract and release the blood, body fluids, uterus lining and tissue … for anyone who needed to know😂
Great learning , experience of this stimulator should be mandatory for boys in schools all over the world so can boys understand and respect females much better. sometimes gals are not able to breathe but they got severe vomiting concerns also becoz of extreme pain and blood smell.
What a coincidence. I'm watching this and I'm on my 1st day of menstruation today. I have cramps and feel like I'm running on low battery the entire day. 😫
It was a funny video and I really enjoyed it! I'm thankful to see people understanding period pain more. The description of menstrual cycles was not very accurate though. It's important to understand the body and its processes. Please research and follow up as this is a very important health matter.

Thank u 4 the reactions, it's cute n fun too!
not only the pain in your stomach, you also feel the pain in your lower back and around your upper thigh. alsoo not to mention when you change position from sitting to standing and the blood flows like a river, damn that was the worst
Imagine driving down a dirt road on a school bus with no heat at 7 am. I wanted to die when I first got my period. Eat lots of fruits and veggies every day and go for walks to make cramps more bearable !
A lot of pain or a lot of cramps is healthy??! I went to ER and surgery because of it! Whoever that doctor is just seems lazy and didn't want to find out what's wrong with their patient who have a lot of pain. Some pain are okay but A LOT of it isn’t. It should never be normalized. Please...
Actually biologically the girl is sorta wrong. It's the lining of Uterus that builds up during the month to prepare one for pregnancy, but then when the cycle hits it gets shed.
Now multiply that pain by at least 20 and you will approximate childbirth. Of course, pain alone does not account for the exhaustion from extreme blood loss, the ripping and tearing of body tissues, or the fear that something goes wrong. And all of those things pale in comparison to the joy and wonder of holding your own child for the first time! Pure love is an amazing pain killer.
Not the explanation of why women experience menstruation that I expected. Egg cell wasn't even mentioned. But I love how they now know what it feels like to have monthly period.
OK. So the guys experienced that for a few minutes. Women experience that up to a week every month for 40 years of their life. Sometimes, following childbirth, the cramps are milder, but not always. I'd like to see an experiment where guys are attached to these machines for 48 hours and have to conduct their daily lives. Women are expected to work, do housework and provide childcare; and girls are expected to attend school, study, play sport and undertake household tasks as well; all the while enduring mentrual cramps. If you find a good gynaecologist you can have your periods stopped until you are ready to have kids, but some doctors just tell you to get on with it; the latter should be attached to these machines for a week every month and then see patients.
There have been a few times in my life that I’ve had excruciating period pains, like rolling around screaming out in pain. My mother in law said that’s how giving birth feels, and it’s true. I went without epidural (at the start) and was induced for the birth of my child and the contractions felt just like those period pains. All that to say that if a girl or woman is saying she’s in pain, please believe her and have some grace with her! It’s not always easy having a period.
I suffered abdominal cramps so great that I stayed in bed the whole day without moving. If I made a slight movement, the pain intensified. Sometimes I even vomited. This intense pain lasted the whole day. The pain in the 2nd day was quite tolerable that I can stand and walk. When I went to see a gynecologist, it was discovered that the intense menstrual pain I was suffering was due to a cyst on my left ovary. After the treatment (lasted for 2 months), my menstrual cramps became normal.
During period not only my back and stomach hurts but even my whole legs feel numb coz of the pain, And tears naturally comes out. I was happy whem the boys acknowledge the pain we go through here.
Yup! Once a month but like 2-3 days per month, only selected people experienced this. Not to mention we need to go through daily routine like nothing bothering us. Working, house work, making meals, being "normal" so that it won't affected anyone else.
not to mention, the device is a good start but they don't experience everything that goes with the stomach pain : the headache, the nausea, the mood changes because of hormones (beside the irritation from the pain) - and literally, blood coming out of our vagina that needs to be cleaned every 2 to 5 hours in best case scenarios.
My coworker said her doctor dismissed her when she was explaining the intense pain she was feeling. I asked how she finally discovered she had cysts on her ovaries and she said she passed out and had emergency surgery.
In my experience bad cramps happen to when I am out of shape. The more fit I am the less cramps I have. Also in my friend group the women with the worst cramps are the ones that never got involved with sports, my more artsy/theater/ nerdy friends.
I'm always surprised when people know nothing about what a period is and can't explain what it is, especially when it's a woman. Like girl you don't know how your body works? The men really should know too. You should have an understanding enough that when it happens to your kid you know enough to not just say "it's baby nutrition" and "it should hurt really bad, that means you're healthy'. uhhhh no.
I am crying while watching this. After giving birth to a twins my menstruation cramps get more worst, i am having fever for the first 2-3 days and more painful
The pain is measured by every girl , woman differently. Sometimes it's very painful. Being a girl or woman is tough but they handle things smoothly without being dramatic like men. So I hope all boys and men respect their girls or women because not only do they endure pain during menstruation but also undergo endless pain through childbirth...
When I was a teenager, I had cramps so bad that I would have to stay in bed all day. Then as I overhauled my diet and decided to live a healthier lifestyle, my cramps became less painful. I still had cramps but I learned to cope with them.

My husband never take me seriously about my period pain. Until oneday i got very bad period cramps and fever and have to go to the ER, turns out i have endometriosis. After that he never make fun of my period cramps anymore. So ladies, if your period cramps is abnormally painful,i suggest you all check it out to the hospital.
In my first period, I'm black out and do nothing for 3 days.. Now I can wear a high heels and go to work 9 to 5 in my period with all that f*ucking pain.. All woman are strong beiiibb..
They feel this pain for a few minutes. We feel this for days, must go to school/work and "don't exaggerate". Except cramps I have a really bad back pain. I have few friends that are really struggling during periods. I'm "lucky" to be able feel almost nothing after taking pills.
I hate it when I have my period during weekdays where I have to go to class. But in house I'll be saying bad words for a very small things because I got irritated, so to avoid those I just sleep through the pain and hope it well ends when I wake up.
and if you don't have a normal regular cycle it can be worse. mine were never normal. and after I had my first baby. my normal became 10 to 16 days of period with heavy bleeding and only about 2 weeks off period. and my pain with the heaviness made it feel like someone had grabbed my internal organs and tried to twist them until all my blood came out. having that and working a factory job where you stand on cement floors for 8 to 10 hours a day sucked.
My periods were that bad I used to throw up from the pain and I’ve even given myself blisters because the heat from the hot water bottle was preferable! I’m 38 now and the only thing that’s made them easier is having a baby it still hurts but is no where near as bad!
Yeah, when I was younger, it was so bad I became completely immobile. I would just curl into a ball and try to ride it out. Until I could get some kind of pain relief medication, I couldn’t focus on anything else.
Whoever told her that bad cramps in healthy needs to be reeducated. Every woman has a different experience, some more painful than others and it’s unusually always okay. What is more so the case is that super bad cramps can be a sign of something being wrong, in which you should get it checked out. My sister had consistently awful cramps throughout her middle and high school years to the point where she sometimes threw up from the pain. After she started taking medicine for it (and even after she stopped) her cramps became way less painful.
I KNOW I’m not healthy and I get HORRIBLE painful cramps for 5 days straight. Not a single cold drink or food, can be inhaled by me. It’ll make my cramps 10x painful. I get stomach and back cramps, swollen & sore b00bs, constipation, headaches etc etc.
Where can we buy this menstrual pain simulator? And does it have a remote control? I want to get it to try for myself so that I can better understand my female friends when they're going through it.
It is most likely a tens machine, and there are lots of different kinds you can find online. It not a menstrual simulator, but the internet has started using it as one, so I guess it might feel like it. I haven’t tried one myself, but I have considered buying one as it is actually used to manage different kinds of pain and menstrual pain sometime if you have endometriosis.
I almost had heart attack once bc of something I ate and that pain was terrible. And you know what. Sometimes my period cramps are worse than that makes me can't breath, can't eat, walk or talk sometimes my heart skips beats and that really feels like I'm having a heart attack so that's makes me anxious gives me panic attacks and felt like I'm gonna die. I can't have painkillers bc I can't eat anything so that makes me worse bc I have chronically urticaria. My urticaria can be happen bc of stress, eating to much, eating less or lot of pain. After that my Urticaria starts and it makes me more stressed so that causes to me start head aches. After all of that I'm trying to eat some bread so I can have painkillers and urticaria pills. I'm having them but after a while my tummy starts hurting so I throw up and that thing happens for like 2-3 days. Sad fact my period just started while I'm writing this :')
Since I was a teenager and had my first menstruation cramp, my mom told me "it means you don't exercise enough, having a cramps means you don't move much because you lie down too much and laze around in bed too often." I can't believe I thought it was true for years. I just realized that it wasn't because of this video just now (I'm 25 y.o tho) 😂
from the book Eve: How the Female Body Drove 200 Million Years of Human Evolution - beginning chapter 2 page 103 "..- menstrual cramps - the deep, grinding pain from uterine contractions as the organ sloughs off its unused lining - or headaches, or mood swings, of food cravings, or breast pain, or acne.... "The endometrium (inner most lining of the uterus) has two parts: the basal layer and the functional layer. The basal layer,..isn't shed every month. ..shed(s) only the functional layer, which is produced by the basal layer. When the right amount of estrogen rises in a woman's bloodstream, the basal layer... starts building up the functional layer that tops it, forming a spongy mass of mucous tissue and coiled blood vessels.... (If no fertilized egg hooks into it) the woman's ovaries trigger a rise in progesterone after ovulation and the "functional layer" of the uterus breaks down and gets sloughed off. The uterus even helps out with minor contractions. If they are severe enough, women experience these contractions as "cramps". Often feels as if something is being ripped away. Highly recommend this book to everyone regardless of gender.
Maybe there was an error in the understanding of the process of menstruation or in the translation. Here is what actually happens: every month, an egg is released from one of the ovaries. Or more. The egg will embed itself in the bloodrich nutrientrich uterine wall - and it is now waiting to be fertilized. If there is no sperm to fertilize it, the egg will abandon its nest and the uterine wall will shed itself. This shedding can and frequently does result in cramping. There will also be fairly substantial clots of blood, which is very uncomfortable. This process will repeat itself month after month after month - unless the female has one or more of her eggs fertilized = pregnancy. During this time she will not have her cycle. In very rare instances she may continue her cycle. I just heard of one recently.
This is why I can do core workout every day. And my guy friends are just like after core workout they can’t move. Like to me, it’s not even as bad as period pain

People, if you have such severe pain that it interferes with your ability to function, go to a doctor! If they don't take it seriously, find another who does! Guys and masc-presenting people: you can support your period-having loved ones by accompanying them to doctor visits and pushing the doctor to take them seriously!
I have really bad period pain. First 2 days I coudn't walk, my legs are shaking, I have really bad headache and sometimes I throw up (maybe because of thw headache)
First day is always the worst for me especially at young age. I couldn’t do anything but lying in bed. Now that I’m in my late 30s the pain gets better but unfortunately I get a cold or fever every month instead of cramps.
Yeah don’t listen to that bit, it’s not healthy to have consistent, debilitating cramps. It may be normal, and frequent among many females, but it definitely isn’t HEALTHY. If your cramping is so bad it becomes an issue, I suggest going to an ObGYN and they’ll likely start you on the pills to hopefully calm the cramping down. There’s other options too :). I was diagnosed with endometriosis and was started on the pills, now my severe cramping only lasts less than a day and I’m chilling. Before it would be before, throughout and sometimes even after my period ended. Definitely not “healthy”.
period pain simulators are becoming more common now and it's great seeing men try it and realizing how much pain we have to endure literally every month 😅 now make a birthing pain simulator where they have to wear those belts for literal hours :)
pain stimulator is not enough to describe how painful our monthly period is for women...like me I can take 3 pain relievers a day for 3 days...I can't eat and I can't stand for long I just want to sleep all day because I feel so much pain...😔

Don't ignore period cramps!
yeah i thought my cramps was normal for years now im in treatment to make my fibroids smaller so they can be removed
Me too. I had painful cramps since my first menses and now in treatment to remove my ovarian cysts 😢
I think the most annoying thing that we are told is “Oh, it must be THAT time of the month…that’s why you’re acting crazy”. Uhh…yeah!!! Literal flesh lining is being ripped out of our uterus to make room for new eggs!
Agree!
Love the video… but why was menstruation described wo weirdly? And no mentioning of the egg that we produce, that does not get fertilised and therefore it comes out with the blood together….. this is menstruation
Agreed. So many people have relations and have no idea how the vagina works its insane
It’s also the shedding of the uterine lining
Such a weird roundabout way to describe it
cause Asians aren't that open when talking about these kinda subjects
Yeah, it was definitely strange. 🥚 What about the egg?
"don't touch me, I'm on my period"
is the funniest thing to hear him say!!~
Period pain is common but not normal. Having bad pain doesn't mesn you are healthy 😊
Well said
Now imagine that pain, blood coming out from you for like 4 days every month, and still having to work and get stuff done
Four days, you are lucky, my cycle was up to 10 days
Eight days, here.
@@christimanley13 😱😫
Wow, mine was 5 - 7
@@sarahs6165 same. And I'm using maxi pads for 4 days at least.

Exactly..I was so pissed when she said it’s the nutrition for the baby..like come on..if it’s the nutrition, then why are you throwing it out of your body with the blood🙄
@@CUPCAKEONLY Right. No need to be pissed, though. It's simply just lack of correct information.
@@AngelaGWillis well you are right.
3 days before and 2-3 days during menstruation are the worst, I lied all day my bodys broken and feels like lost all energy
See a doctor if that continues, it is not normal
@sameeraabrar3998 yeah after my second birth my body not the same anymore
Sending hugs for all women who endure this her whole life ❤❤❤❤
All guys should go through this. Maybe it will make some of them treat women better.
it needs to be a law in every country to let men experience this after they turn a certain age. It needs to be compulsory for men to take the test
wtf should men go through this? Then should women go through getting their balls kicked?
@@yoloyolo1307 we already feel pain down there in period
no thx yall should just deal with the pain
@@yoloyolo1307lmao most of us feel the pain down there in the private part too during period... and we get the pain once every month, its not like ya'll get kicked there every month...
The pain usually radiates to the back. As someone mentioned, not everyone gets period pain, but there are people who get extreme pain that's medically concerning. I got ultrasounds done after bleeding too much and fainted in the shower.
I used to gey serious pain.. i couldn't stop my tears, it hurts all over your stomach, back, legs even headache... i get mood swings, i couldn't lay down anywhere, i couldn't stand nor sit down
Its been 3 years since the pain literally disappeared. I dont get any cramps anymore but my legs still hurts and it feels like im having flu...
Also goes down to the legs. I get horrible leg aches where I can't sleep, and mental migraines.
This is when you have periods. A week before your periods, your mood is on a rollercoaster ride and you are feeling very tired - like all your energy is drained. You can feel angry and sad at the same time. Your hungry at one point and not at one point. 😢
😂Brave guys experiencing a bit of our monthly struggle!👏
I think the menstrual period is not explained correctly.
Advice from I you tuber I heard, to buy the doll babies and take care of it according to real life parenting (from newborn to pre- school. Buy the formulas, pampers etc). But only try this as an adult, not a as child. Don't let your intrusive thoughts control, then have regrets. Live, love and enjoy your youth . 🍀
@ILoveHyukaTooMuch
I understand the feelings you are saying.
I have a bad cramp too :(
Sometimes i vomit and off course the pain in all over the body haha
Sometimes not take a meal is a good decision but your stomach empty, so you just add 1 more pain haha
I cant even lay down on the bed properly haha
There was a time, I had a fever and diarrhea during my period, and it was really the worst combination.
My period lasts about 5 days or a week, but the pain comes on the first 2 day, the bad pain -.-
Still did all the work on that days, sometimes take the medicine and pretend to be fine haha
Even some women without a uterus struggle to be taken seriously by doctors when they have abdominal pain (not just trans women, but also intersex women, women born without a womb, and women who've had a hysterectomy)
So if your doctor tells you it's normal, keep pushing to have it checked out.
“I’m on my period. Don’t touch me” 😂
Cramps are the uterus cutting off its blood supply so it can contract and release the blood, body fluids, uterus lining and tissue … for anyone who needed to know😂
This is the tip of the iceberg compared to labor pains! I had 4 babies with no epidural!
1:23 Lol, demonstrating the US educational system re: the female body here 😂
Literally
The creaky door sounds trying upright posture, I can't 😂
Someone that i knew landed at the hospital bcz it was so painful and she was at work at that.
My little sis couldn’t go to school because of it
I mostly cry because the pain is so unbearable. And the most part is you can’t sleep bcz it hurts so much.

It would be hysterical to see Kpop Idols doing this!!!!
I absolutely love everything about this! I love men, don't get me wrong, but watching the suffer made my heart sing.... I'm not a good person. 😅
Periods pain simulator is a good device. But in order to make the experience more realistic, mood swings simulator, diarrhoea simulator, nausea simulator, depression simulator etc. should also be added
Medical experience said that Giving birth, the pain similar with 20 bones being breaks down at the same time. Muslim knows this very well, Who is the person u must Respect? Ur mother, then who? Ur Mother, then who? Ur Mother. Then who else? Then ur Father. Woman r mostly dedicated n sacrifies throughout their bodies from early stage, so we should respect n understand them more. Thank u 4 the reactions, it's cute n fun too!
4:11 thanks for the "WARNLNG", but you should have given the warnlng to the boys
I'm gonna get a period cramp just by watching this 😂
not only the pain in your stomach, you also feel the pain in your lower back and around your upper thigh. alsoo not to mention when you change position from sitting to standing and the blood flows like a river, damn that was the worst
Please...
Yo how does my algorithm knows every time I have my period!
Girl samee I’m literally in the first day N somehow this video just shows up 😭
Actually biologically the girl is sorta wrong.
One of my friends menstrual pain is so severe she faints😢
the worse is i feel like i have to poo for severals time to release the pain and it works, but i have to repeated it every 10 or 15 minutes😢
We are never really used to the pain, we simply have no choice but to keep up with day to day life.
🎸💪 "Brave boys! Keep on rocking the culture exchange!" 🌏🔥
Having extreme pain is not normal nor healthy. Having no pain does not mean you are unhealthy
I still had cramps but I learned to cope with them.
i feel like every guy that says such annoying words should try this not even get to choose if they want it or not then they will shut up bcs it really hurts, respect for these men goodness😅😂🥰
You have to add to this the horrible bloating and sometimes mood swings all while trying to focus at work or school.
Whoever told this lady that having cramps its healthy needs to leave the medical field.
I'm "lucky" to be able feel almost nothing after taking pills.
me on before and during my period-Cramping, headache and feeling lazy for the whole day😅😅😅😅
I hate it when I have my period during weekdays where I have to go to class.
Me watching this while on my period makes me feel so much better 😭
I KNOW I’m not healthy and I get HORRIBLE painful cramps for 5 days straight. Not a single cold drink or food, can be inhaled by me. It’ll make my cramps 10x painful. I get stomach and back cramps, swollen & sore b00bs, constipation, headaches etc etc.
I had a huge tumour that made my period super painful. Go to a gynecologist if you can't manage your life with normal painkillers.
The worst when its winter. Im always worried and scare of the cold when im abouta have mine. I always bring heating packs but I still die
from the book Eve: How the Female Body Drove 200 Million Years of Human Evolution - beginning chapter 2 page 103
"..- menstrual cramps - the deep, grinding pain from uterine contractions as the organ sloughs off its unused lining - or headaches, or mood swings, of food cravings, or breast pain, or acne....
That’s not even close… I have cramps, headaches, back pain, and also pain in the genital area because of heavy flow of blood 😢 and my prof said I was just overacting bc I should get used to it bc Im a girl. Im already 38y/o and still not used to the pain.. it’s just so terrible…
menstrual cramps or pain doesn't mean you are healthy that's misinformation period pain vary majority of the times i don't feel cramps sometimes it's mild and sometimes it hurts so bad i can't even move or breathe properly
People, if you have such severe pain that it interferes with your ability to function, go to a doctor! If they don't take it seriously, find another who does! Guys and masc-presenting people: you can support your period-having loved ones by accompanying them to doctor visits and pushing the doctor to take them seriously!
And that just the pain.. add some the emotions 😂😂😂 suddenly feeling sad or depressed
Definitely not “healthy”.
period pain simulators are becoming more common now and it's great seeing men try it and realizing how much pain we have to endure literally every month 😅
now make a birthing pain simulator where they have to wear those belts for literal hours :)
pain stimulator is not enough to describe how painful our monthly period is for women...like me I can take 3 pain relievers a day for 3 days...I can't eat and I can't stand for long I just want to sleep all day because I feel so much pain...😔
lol watching this as I start my first day of menstruation in the week is hilarious to me 😅😂😭😭😭
