Having previously been in an ITAR controlled area we had to put the trash cans outside the locked doors at night for the cleaning staff to empty them.

As a retired Navy veteran and commercial truck driver that delivers to Space X (Vandenberg & KSC @ Roberts Rd) both require being a US citizen, clean background, 2 photo IDs just to get into the perimeter to deliver equipment, stainless etc.
With the materials and government contracts that Space X works with, there shouldn't be anyone on the payroll that couldn't pass a Secret FOUO background check at any given point of the HR hiring process.
All government contractors do that, especially those who work with DOD, who require many positions to have top secret clearance. The DOD itself requires that. Yet the Biden regime is targeting SpaceX and everyone with a functional brain can see it's because Elon Musk purchased Twitter and they no longer can dictate what is allowed or not allowed on Twitter (now X)

Yes, it's the law, SpaceX is not allowed to hire non-citizens. Rockets are considered advanced weapons technology, therefore anyone working at the company needs security clearance, which only citizens have a chance to get.
FYI, Elon's other companies are among the most diverse. For example Tesla's former CFO was openly gay, and a significant percentage of the leadership aren't white.
Also, Elon himself was an illegal immigrant for a while.
I really loved the part where the DOJ got sanctioned and punished for their wrongdoings.

I listened to this hearing yesterday and I was appalled by the DOJ Justice Department lack of intelligence, knowledge of the law and lack of understanding of our Country’s Constitution. They have no clue what their job is! Shameful and embarrassing.
The DOJ is the reason why lawyers shouldnt be running the country, let alone Washington DC.

This what you don't get. Race is a list of foreigner countries, so our civil rights laws & diversity cultural quotas are for protecting foreigners rights. Never mind that visa program is not diverse, because the governments of other countries have negotiated agreements for their people to work here. USers have no rights unless we identify as foreigners.

What people aren’t understanding is this.
You need a security clearance or TS-SCI.
If you can’t get those you can’t work near, around, or with any material that could be a threat to national security.
The department of justice should perhaps be judged the most harshly.
