Any lens suggestion for canon 5Dmkiv? Just switched from a compact to the full dslr.

Is shutter speed kind of sync with flash power and speed of flash light?
Well generally I always run my shutter speed at 160/sec you can sometimes run it at 200/sec but if you run your shutter much faster than that you can miss your strobe flash. I always shoot my strobes in manual setting to adjust the (speed) / power as the photo requires. Leaving the shutter stuck on 160/sec and adjust the speed and power to get more light or get less light depending on the shot. Hopefully that makes sense. :)
