for those wondering its jus muscle memory, 4 months of pure jump roping using weighted training as well I was able to box on my toes as the jumping action is the same when you bounce from foot to foot
One thing Ive noticed with almost any kind of training is that people refuse to go slow for more than 1 minute. If people would just slow down and get it right they'd be better off.
Perfect,Sir, Many thanks the last one the best for defense moves, I think. This time body moves first, either leaning backward, sideways or even forwad at slant angles. Paul,69
whenever i try to step forward twice for a double jab i cant do it. Its like ive got a mental block or something and i just end up in the same places its infuriating. Any tips?
@@PwrGK_ u step to get in range so if u can jab and step into range with the second jab sure. But they say step with every jab bc it pushes ur opponet back try working a body jab and see if ur step improves
Today i got fucked up in sparing due to footwork , i m not that old in boxing i start training 1 mounth ago , my footwork sucks , my weight is 72 kg 😔 its very hard after next mounth i have fight
Brother you should think again about fighting with just 2 months of training, it should be at least 6 months or more, boxing is not a game, take care of yourself
My coach keeps telling me im throwing half punches, like if its a 1-1-2, my jabs are like half way there and comeback. Sometimes my cross also doesn't go all the way there. How can i fix this? Also great video sir, very informative and concise.
turn your lead foot facing in instead of outwards. IE if you're orthodox you want your front foot facing more right. This allows you to naturally put more weight on it
Ball of you back foot but keep your front foot flat and planted, having your back foot heel down doesn’t matter too much either only makes you more planted, personal preference 👍🏼
Balance and agility are not 'general' abilities. Boxing foot work should be developed in context. Practicing FW in isolation is largely a waste of time.
First off. Never take training advice from anyone who never fought in the ring. Look for scar tissue and broken noses or just move on until you find them. These clowns are expo fighters.

I’d slow it down until it’s correct, then build up the speed until it comes naturally👊🏼
Do a little tap tap that helped me just think tap tap as u step
Do we have to take a step every jab because it’s easier when I jab and then step for the second jab

Step jab as normal, pull back jab as you pull your back foot into stance, step jab again
you are my Best coach nowadays thank you

Is there any way we can spare alone other than shadow boxing.... because in shadow boxing enemy moves according to us but fight is different.....

That L step always confused me.
