You are top tier in instruction on youtube about boxing. Simple standard basic knowledge to get people started in boxing, thank you and keep it up. I started training years ago in the early 80's started in ymca then went on after that in 1990's trained with mayweathers, grew to love boxing training even if never fought in smoker boughts or competition. Anyways keep it up so i can review to renew, an thank you.
Such a great content! :) I tried to keep my weight on the backfoot when throwing the cross - now i can retract it much faster! Many coaches teach the weight to be in front. Is that because of more potential power?

Regarding shadowboxing, should I fully extend my punches or that would hurt my elbow ?? I have been extending my punches at full speed for a while, and rarely it hurts my elbow. What do you think, guys ??

I learned to practice the jab the most, shadow box anywhere, have a round of defence, record my shadow boxing, visualize different styles of boxers
