Why do I keep seeing this dumb comment. Civilian casualties are unavoidable in war, not like Russia is specifically targeting them. If they didn't care about killing them they'd just carpet bomb everything into oblivion, no need to send in foot soldiers. What he meant was civilians are dying as a result of the conflict, the Ukrainians asked for the meeting to stop the fighting, yet they show no urgency in getting there and are late. I'm not supporting Russia or anything but he is completely right, why the f**k would they be late to such an important meeting? If normal people like us primarily care about the innocent suffering in this conflict, we should also be mad at this.
Right. So using unguided arms such as mortars that are launched into residential areas after giving Civilians no time to evacuate afterspecifically telling the world that there would be no conflict and this is just an excersice.
