- In this review, it's another installment of "Macro Monday" here on the channel, and I'm going to take a look at a beer from Molson Coors Canada (@MyMolsonCanadian), and it's their Molson Canadian. This is an American Adjunct Lager that I've had numerous times before -- and hated it -- but I'm here to keep an open-mind and give it a fair review. Will I like it? Let's find out!

Thanks for watching!
I didn't like this beer but I loved the Molson Ice, Molson XXX, and Molson Golden. Molson Golden was my very first beer!
I've had a few request for Molson Golden, but I need to find a place where I can buy a single, because ain't no way I'm buying an entire 12 pack. Most of Molson's beers aren't for me, but considering the 180 my palate did with this one, I'm curious to see how the rest of the lineup tastes nowadays.
Cheers!
Honesty is the best policy- our Canadien brothers sisters and geese are happy
No reason to lie when it comes to reviewing beer. We all have our biased takes, but I try my best to leave those at the door. I've hated this beer for 10+ years, so I'm surprised more than most that I actually found it decent this time around. Wild stuff, haha!
Cheers, man!
I love the channel man you really crush it and make my work day better!
Thanks for the kind words, Cameron! Glad you dig the channel and it helps you along your work day. Always cool seeing comments like this.
Cheers!
I was never a fan of this beer either but I do enjoy Molson Export
Haven't had Molson Export in a hot minute. Always hated this one, so I'm surprised I actually found it OK this time around. Wild.
Cheers, Joe!
Cheers brother, breaking out the Canadian brews! 🍻
Thanks, Rod! Of course! Not the finest Canadian beer, but a Canadian beer nonetheless, haha!
Cheers, buddy!
Wow I haven’t checked in a Molson in almost 10 years according to untapped. I thought it was a decent beer but I have preferred Labatt. Could be interesting to do Molson Coors lager taste test. Molson Canadian, Coors Banquet and Miller High Life. Good luck on the Stella. Tastes different now that it’s its American brewed in Saint Louis. Strangely it still priced like an import. Cheers 🍻!
That's a good idea, too. I think a head-to-head with Labatt would be the first thing to do, and then maybe the others. I think it's a lot of fun! I didn't know that about Stella. Is that a recent development? If so, that sucks. Never had it from the can, either. I hope it's decent like I remember it being. Definitely import prices, as the same size can as this Molson Canadian was $1 extra. Bummer.
Cheers, Dan!
Used to drink the hell out of this back in the day trying to collect all the Molson twin label technology variant labels. They were hilarious. Cheers to cheap beer!
Almost Pokemon-like with the "gotta catch 'em all." Pretty funny. I'm surprised I enjoyed it this time around. Would be fun to do a blind battle with Labatt Blue and see who the true American Adjunct Lager champion really is from Canada!
Cheers, Dan!
Super! Cheers! 🍻
Cheers!
This one will always have a soft spot in my heart. More recently I've dug it less than in the past, but I've generally enjoyed it more than the avg. US adjunct lager. Glad it came up a bit in your book. Cheers sir!
I can totally understand that, Rick. It's funny that you enjoy it a bit less recently, while I'm the exact opposite. I was happy that I found it to be decent this time around. Nothing bad at all.
Cheers, brother!
Haha, i think we probably enjoy it about the same now! Def funny how beer registers differently/uniquely with people and evolves over time, like a lot of life experiences I suppose. Cheers brotha!
Ain't that the truth? Definitely wild, but also pretty damn cool.
Your initial reaction had be laughing. Cheers!
LOL! It certainly surprised me, so I think it was appropriate, haha!
Cheers, Rodney!
This one has definitely gone through some recipe modifications through the years. It was undrinkable for a decade but seems to have rebounded. Cheers
LMAO! I'm sure it's just not my terrible palate, haha! If that is actually the truth, it'd make more sense to me.
Cheers, Jamie!
Never had this beer 🍺 cheers 🍻
You're not missing much, Billy, but I love trying all the macro beers, so I'd grab a can if you ever happen upon it. Not bad for what it is!
Cheers, brother!
Woah! .... well then how's that for a turn of events.
It's an unexpected turn of events, for sure. I thought I was going to hate it like always, but got to keep it honest, and I thought it was decent for what it is. Still not something I'd buy regularly, especially for the imported price point, but it's fine.
Cheers, Dan!
Had this back in 2002, better than nothing I guess!
Precisely. Not a bad beer, but nothing that stands out from the other macro lagers out there.
Cheers, man!
~~~ CHEERS EH !!!! )))))))))))))))))))))
Cheers, Gregory!
This is a beer I've always wanted to try, but its just not out here for whatever reason. Moosehead and Labatt Blue are my go to Canadian macros, eh. Cheesebro.
When I send back a return beer mail that I TOTALLY DON'T OWE YOU, I'll include one of 'em so you can try 'em. I'd be curious to see what you think about it.
Cheers, buddy!
Go Bills and Labatt blue and molson
That is everything a Bills fan enjoys, for sure.
Cheers!
Alot of bars, dont know how to clean the taps. So you beer may come out, tasting kinda funky.
Oh, no doubt! I would say a dirty tap line would've been the culprit if I haven't had this from the bottle and can multiple times before, and still hated it. This can wasn't so bad, though.
Cheers, dude!
