Springtime Lager (Maibock) | OEC Brewing (Ordinem Ecentrici Coctores) | Beer Review |

In this review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from OEC Brewing (Ordinem Ecentrici Coctores), and it's their their Springtime Lager, which is a German-style Maibock. I love what OEC does, and Maibock is one of those styles I don't drink enough, so I'm super pumped to give this one a go. Let's see what it's all about! Commercial Description:
Our Springtime Lager pours deep gold in color with a nice white head. Aromas of biscuit are balanced by citrus & floral notes from the hops. Springtime Lager has enough body to stand up to cooler spring temperatures but has a zippy finish allowing it to handle warmer weather, making this beer a great companion for Spring.
