Nurses STOP Complaining: Nursing Shortages, No PPE and Abuse

Nurses stop complaining (this is what you signed up for) , this was a headline I saw a while a go that really frustrated me. It talked about how all nurses have been complaining about nursing shortages, the lack of PPE and they abuse they face during this covid-19 pandemic and even before. It makes me sad that when nurses want to be protected and kept safe they can be looked at as complainers.

I hope your channel gets huge because we NEED THIS! I'm a caregiver and I don't even bathe or do potty stuff for my mom, she isn't there YET, but I'm terrified and SO thankful for the psw's who help me every week to take care of her....GIRL I NEED YOU LOL!

Agreed!!! The heavy workload really affects the quality of care. The patient lacks. I will no longer take part in unsafe nurse ratios. We as nurses need to put out foot down and demand better treatment!!!

NCLEX won't be a problem working with Mrs Addylin. She's practically a God sent to me..... She has made it possible for me. I'm now a professional nurse.
