Nice video! I've never had to change a rotor on my Polaris yet. I didn't realize the rotors are part of the hub assembly. I'll be inspecting my pads soon to prevent the need - thanks!
I noticed that the worn rotor you took off is an OEM rotor (from the diagonal slots). I replaced mine once with an aftermarket rotor, which just had simple thru holes like the one you put on. This caused my speedo sensor to read differently and the speedometer was only a fraction of the actual speed. So, I ordered the OEM rotors and slapped them on and sure enough, the speedometer was displaying the correct speed again. Coincidently, it was a 99 also. Have you run into this? Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I enjoy your vids...
I tried using a sanding flap disc on my angle grinder to surface the rotor on both of my Scramblers with good results. You do have to be careful doing it though.
I reached out to you about my sportsman losing power and you said it sounds like the cam, where is the best place to order a new cam or cam kit if that is what I should do
Perfect timing for this video ,this is exactly what I'm doing next weekend thanks 👍 I just did all my complete suspension bushings last weekend
Sweet. Glad I could help.

I wanted to put this in the video but didn't. You can unbolt the rotor from the hub. And just replace the rotor.
Thanks again for a great video.

Provided the rotor doesn't look like the 1st one.
I actually took a DA sander and cleaned up the newer one. It worked good.

I dont know. I use used ones within mechanical tolerances.
