Now he's intent is to do the same to his father ... its started again. The public pushback from her saying they have the Sussex name. The changing of their website to blatantly look like current Royals. The use of prince and princess for the american kids. Remember how they bragged when Archie was born that he wouldnt have a title.The elevation of themselves with the Heraldry etc...its ridiculous. They deliberately set out to tear down the Monarchy ...to let them back in would allow them to poison from the inside...and attack those in it. If Harry sues, then the time has come for litigious Harry and Mememe to be sued for the rubbish they have put out. The article is not wrong.
I agree with you, especially after everything the queen had done for them both , she was not only welcomed with arms but she was treated like she was marrying the heir to the throne, even with being a 3 times divorce, she took advantage of the queen, she was given treatment princess Catherine wasnt event allowed to do , Megan kept going further and took advantage of the kindness the queen showed her, I as An American 🇺🇸 will never 👎 forgive Harry for the pain he caused the queen in her last days 😢

As a American 🇺🇸 and as someone who deeply respect and admired the queen , I have to say I’m very disappointed in Harry and what he has done to his grandmothers legacy , Harry allowed his wife to disrespect and mocked the queen in her last days was beyond disgusting and unforgettable, the queen did so much for Harry and his wife , only for them to turn around and trash her legacy , the queen gave 70+ years of her life to the monarchy and country, it’s absolutely shameful what Harry has done ✅ if I was the royal family, I would never allow him back in , not even for a funeral!!! This guy sold his entire life and family, and country for a few dollars on Netflix, a prince coming from the most wealthy family, sold himself out for a woman he just met , Harry should’ve known his wife only wanted one thing, and that was to go to Hollywood and live like a A list celebrity, which is why she invited all those celebrities she didn’t even know, yet she only had one family member at her wedding!! That told me everything I needed to know about Harry’s wife!!! You Always judge a woman by the way she treats her own family, she basically destroyed both families!!

I'm not sure either Ginger or Whinger understand that they did that, or how they did that. I don't think either of them is clever enough to understand it, and I suspect being up close to the events that transpired blinded them to what it looked like to the rest of us.

Harry could have kept his visit to his father, totally private but it looks like it was some cheap tacky PR stunt to boost a failing brand . Trash , cash and stash , better known as the harkles , make me sick to the core .
I agree with you. The intentions to his visit is sickening. However, I do feel that in the public eye he would never win either way. Whether he visited in private without anyone knowing or him letting us know that he’s going to see his father no one was going to be happy with his actions/behavior. If he had kept this visit private and no one saw him I think the public would probably say something like “where is he” “how dare not he even visit or say a word about his father” “ ungrateful son as always” etc. So I thought of it this way for whatever nefarious reasons the yo-yo visited his father at least he saw his father even for a split second I guess. Whereas his wife refuses to be anywhere near her own father’s air space when her father is only a few a hours away from her Olive Garden mansion. Now that’s a tragedy.

Why do you believe Harry can’t have his Prince title removed? Isn’t that within the power of King Charles? Didn’t a couple of continental Royal Queens/Kings remove the titles Prince and Princess from some of their adult offspring recently? King Charles is unable to remove the Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles without the members of parliament and the House of Lords but it is not unprecedented for modern royal families to slim down their ‘high value’ royals and thus appear to be giving better value for money to their subjects 🤷♂️

They were in Canada speaking to indigenous leaders and asking people to refer to them as Ma'am and Sir like they are the King and Queen of Canada on a Royal tour. Name another Royal family that had to deal with constant attacks from a former Royal who uses their titles to grift money from charities. There's no low for these two, they are in the basement still digging.
That is how you address superior officers in the military or the police, it is also how you address a priest or female vicar, or - personally - the local pastor and his wife. You also address a female prison governor as Ma'am (if I remember rightly from the bits I've seen on the telly) so it isn't exactly specific to the monarchy. Heck, Anne and Sophie are addressed as Ma'am if you listen to some of the videos.

Maybe think through the implications - as in international diplomatic crisis/fiasco - of getting a member of the British royal family to get involved in the INTERNAL AFFAIRS of a country with NO TIES to the UK or the commonwealth before urging suc an action. It isn't a very bright idea and would cause so many problems while solving nothing.
Have we forgotten Harry fantasized about potentially doing away with his FATHER with a missile? Yes, a fantasy only, but suggests a very troublesome, possibly dangerous personality, in my opinion.

What is this 'allow?' Medusa is an American citizen, subject to the laws in the USA. Hazard is a British citizen, living in America WITH an American wife. They can do whatever they please within the law. I believe they could be sued for slander and libel, both of which can be difficult to prove because of opinion and heresay. However, once again, they are subject to American laws, which apparently are not enforced without a complaint, which would be very hard to do by a foreigner, especially the Royals, who do not indulge in legal frippery.
Hazard can sue whomever he wishes, and take his chance on winning or losing.

I read this article this morning in the Daily Telegraph. It was written by Petronella Wyatt, who has an interesting background. I thought the whole article was rather odd. The language also a bit odd, but I do believe based on what Harry himself has publicly admitted, that he is a threat to the BRF, possibly even guilty of treason. In earlier times in the UK he'd be headless by now for the disrespet he's shown to the Crown. If you look back at images of Harry when he was with any of his former girlfriends, he was a totally different man. He seems to be in a coercive and very damaging relationship. If he was a woman, and Markle a man, I'm sure an intervention would have happened.

Can H and MM have their Duke/Duchess title discontinued like the Queen did in Denmark with her son’s children and be known as the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton? Edward and Sophie use to be the Earl and Countess of Wessex. Why can’t this name change be the one they are told they must use since they are no longer working Royals? I would rather see them removed from the Royal website since they do no work for the monarchy. It doesn’t matter if Harry likes it or not. They have their new cringing bios on their new website. 😊

No. The UK system of monarchy isn't the same as Denmark's. The King cannot all on his own, remove the titles. Parliament must act first. As to the website, write to Buckingham Palace; I believe the staff there is responsible for the website.
Edward is still Prince Edward regardless of his other titles. Prince Harry would still be Prince Henry, Earl of Dumbarton. Meghan would be Princess Henry, Countess of Dumbarton. Be careful what you wish for.
@@rileyperkins2724 Well it seems that the alleged ''sudden'' removal in Denmark was nothing of the sort, Danish people have commented and pointed out that it was being discussed in parliament for many many years BEFORE they actually did anything about it. Someone mentioned something like a decade (which is about the same length of time it took the last time any titles were removed in the UK by the British government, so long that the Donegal MP who proposed their removal had died before the legislation became law and it was another MP who had to pick up from him and see it through.
What have Scotland ever done to you that they should be forced to have Harry and Meghan represent them as the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton (I know the SNP hate the UK but doing that would give them extra ammunition to use in their fight) and the alternative is Prince Harry and PRINCESS MEGHAN because there is no way she would call herself Princess Henry (and would cite Princess Diana and Princess Catherine as to why).

The point is that currently, they have both. They are Prince and Princess Henry, AND they are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The first is a royal style, the second is a hereditary title which will be passed down to their heirs.

Most of us aren't. I do believe though if they're striped of the Duke and Duchess titles, while they are here, she will expect to be addressed as Princess Meghan. She faunts her Duchess title over here for everything she does and ignores the fact that she's just a USA citizen living here.
The sheer amount of times where Harry and his wife put out direct attacks on the royal family is, in my opinion, the reason why now some articles are also more confronting and attacking the pair in return.
I know it does not justify this article but it is not a surprise either.

Duke is a gifted peerage. Prince is a life title. I'm happy for them to remain the Duke & Duchess of Sausages. The thought of MM being free to call herself Princess is horrific. Everyone knows she would never settle for Princess Henry, she would be Princess Meghan and we definitely don't want that. She's unbearable as a fake Duchess, I can't imagine how she would be as a Princess.
She would never be Princess Meghan, as she isn't of royal blood. Her princess title comes from her marriage, so she is The Princess Henry. However, the American ignorance appears to be in full force with regard to the Sharkles, so they will call her 'Princess Meghan,' regardless.

Many British royals with strong German ties were stripped of their British titles in this era. Including the title of prince.

Remember not only they've attacked everyone for years (even in the me you can't see, he complained about parenting, also by his grandparents), they've have also mocked them numeros times in between.
I remember that disrespectful scene when he was joggling outside like a jester (she reduced him to that) while she was videocalling an actress who was wearing a very obvious cabbage hat (cabbage being one of the Queen's pet names, I believe by PP), all while sipping tea with the finger up and acting like silly teenagers. They've been relentless with under the radar disrespect, to put it mildly.
The 'actress' was Melissa McCarthy, and she wasn't funny. I didn't like her before that awful video, but now I loathe her and never watch anything she does.
Normally, I would agree with you in the use of the word “terrorist”, however, as a Canadian, and having just watched the spectacle of this duo as they brought their camera crews in to Whistler B.C. and managed to almost completely disregard the amazing veterans who should be the stars of this show, I think they are both “ holy terrors”. This used to be quite a common way to describe outlandish and destabilizing, chaotic behaviour. It didn’t stop there as Harry with camera crew on hand highlighted a gobsmacking visit with an Indigenous chief in the area to discuss reparations or some such thing. His father is King Charles and the relationship of the Crown with our Indigenous people is historic and complicated. Charles has made meaningful and bilateral connections over the years and had made plans to visit Canada again this May, obviously with an agenda that will need to be put on hold as he recovers from his treatments for cancer.. I cannot even begin to imagine what deliberate chaos Harry has created at no one’s behest in making these incredibly awkward and naive overtures. He is dangerous, like a terrorist as he has no boundaries whatsoever, and cares for no one other than himself! Sandra

I think that is fair opinion. Why shouldn't he be judged harshly? I object strongly to people like Harry trying to censor the press through litigation. I am always reminded of another great litigator Robert Maxwell. Some people doth protest too much. Harry's so called dragon slaying against the press involves practices that are no longer taking place. More intelligent people, like Prince William, settled their actions years ago and actually ended up with higher awards, freeing up valuable court time in the process. What went on in the past was unacceptable and unlawful but that horse is well and truly dead. So no, I think he is fair game. If he can dish it out, and he has on multiple occasions, then he deserves to get some back. His talk of loving his family and illness bringing families together was gaslighting 101. Go visit Mr Markle senior, he's your family too.

I have long wondered if this is why they have been so scathing about the royal family - maybe they have been trying to get their titles taken away. I think it more than likely that Meghan would probably love to have the titles removed so that she can then call herself 'Princess'.

But she can call herself that now, if she wants to. She already is 'Princess Henry', as H's wife. The difference is that 'prince' is merely a royal style of address, and the Dukedom is an actual title, to be passed on to their heirs. Losing the title and only retaining the style would be a definite downgrade.

Hary has been so publicly cruel that he put himself in the position to receive public criticism, even ridicule. He should be removed from the Line of Succession. Leave titles be, but get him far away from the throne. He's volatile and capable of harmful behavior.
Let them have their titles in American, yhey can call themselves anything they want to their in the US, Parliament doesn't seem to care! But say it NOW or let go of what you swore to protect, God and family.
Harry, (sir) Meghan (Ma'm) and their children IMHO should call themselves whatever they like, since they will anyway. Harry, therefore his heirs should be REMOVED FROM THE LINE OF SUCCESSION - and stop all this nonsense, which will rattle on for the next 80 years through the reigns of William and George. Taken out of the LoS will render their titles meaningless.
Perhaps you should read up in some of the research by TRG. There are questions regarding his role in the US with questions as to being considered a foreign agent and also potentially harmful to the interest of the United States. Is he as it states in the Royal website working for the king and the monarchy? If you listened to his speech to the indigenous Chiefs in Canada recently, he spoke as though he was a representative of the crown. Perhaps Charles needs to pay attention to what his son is getting involved in and with whom, as well as making it clear that he is NOT representing the crown. Or is he?
Perhaps you do not comprehend the depth of distate that exists due to the behavior of H and MM? The duo has alienated members of their own families as well as the 66% of the UK's population that do not wish for the duo's return to royal duties. Yet, the duo insists on badgering the public with incessant torrents of PR drivel and paid appearances. Do you "get" the level of frustration ?

Clearly, being from Texas I do not understand how far Harry can go if he were to insert himself into political situations involving England and Commonwealth countries. He has done a couple of things that seem to be (allegedly) entering the gray area of a pseudo official for Great Britain.

This question, like all the other current issues, are grossly overplayed by the media. We all know Harry will not be recalled for royal duties, but discussing it takes up many hours of broadcast time. The king's cancer is the common ailment of many, but treatable when caught early. Catherine's surgery is serious but is undergone by many women every year. The recovery period is normal for that operation.
Instead of just stripping the Duke/Dutchess titles, they should REDUCE the titles to Non-Hereditary titles: Knight of Sussex and Dame of Sussex, thus making the children Esquires. That way she is NOT Princess Henry and they have LOST the titles.
Actually I think his prince title can be removed, in fact the title of prince was already removed in the past when they decided that only the children and the grandchildren of the reigning monarch would get to have or keep the title prince or princess. So the stipulation could be made that you must be a child or grandchild of the monarch and a working member of the royal family to hold the title. That, in my opinion, would go a long way to modernize the monarchy and it would put an end to this dreadful situation. When someone has been as publicly outspoken about not wanting to be a part of the monarchy as Harry has done- there should be a way to cut him loose- remove him from the succession and good riddance.
The prince title is not higher than the Dukedom of Sussex - which is why they’re clinging to those titles… certain dukedom’s rank higher than prince

On checking Debretts, it would appear that Prince is the higher rank, as it denotes royalty, and Duke is the highest rank of the Peerage, which in general represents the nobility. They (royalty and nobility) are now much intertwined, which is why the Prince of Wales (a Prince of the royal blood) inherits dukedoms either when he comes of age or marries.

The play on “dynamite” reminds me of a wall of posters during the run up to the 1979 election. In Cardiff. A simple black and white graphic in the style of a woodcut. I believe the titles of Duke and Duchess were given out by our late Queen so that she could never be princess. They knew what she was like. People forget or have selective memory. Princess Margaret fell in love with a dashing war hero Group Captain Peter Townsend when she was 22, but she was prevented from marrying him due to his status as a divorcé. It was her own sister who had to tell her no. Not only would it not go down well with the palace but the public also due to the abdication of Edward. What happened next was Margaret went of the rails and was partying with the Hollywood jet set and gangsters and at first the public were sympathetic but that soon changed with her constant whining about how tough her life was. Meanwhile the rest of the country was still reeling after the war. The public made her IRRELEVANT. They turned their back on her. Now I wasn't alive when all this went down but my parents were and they said people were hungry no money and here was this rich princess moaning about her horrid life. What we are seeing now is the same a jealous man of a brother who had no say in when he was born and in what family. Harry went of the rails numerous times and now we believe he is always been this way and the palace covered it up. Those they couldn't ended up on the front page of every tabloid around the world. Meanwhile William has to knuckle down and learn how to me a king. So the public turned on the man they all loved his horrendous treatment of his grandparents was disgusting and at no time did he stop his wife with the slurs and insults and lies. So maybe it is extreme but he has only himself to blame. I do not think the titles can be removed not for their sake but those children. Let them keep the titles but it means nothing to us. People are obsessed with them especially the media. I do not trust them. If he wants to become a US citizen then let him because only then can the titles be taken. Reconciling with his father and brother is one thing the other is a totally different subject matter. It is for their safety and ours that this is done properly. I can not stand that woman but I hate Harry for what he has done. Coming after Catherine was the final straw and I think he knows this. he is in panic mode because if Charles is bad that means William steps up and I can't see him welcoming them back with open arms
I don't like embellished language in a piece that is supposed to be serious. If the article has a comedic feel, then I think over-the-top language is fine. This article doesn't appear to be facetious, so I believe comparing H to terrorists in Parliment minimizes terrorists. Maybe there is a better choice of words to express the chaos that would ensue if Harry returned to the Royal Family. Other than that, I don't think this article is a hit piece.

American here so not familiar with UK laws/policies nor Royal protocols & rules: Can Harry be removed from the succession and is there a way that removes all titles including “Prince”? Long gone are the beheadings, imprisonment, quartering etc… of family members that were “enemies” of the realm so is there a new humane “act” that can place Harry into the plebeian position he originally coveted?

I think each royal divorce is treated individually, but using the Yorks' divorce as a precedent, then as a divorcee M would be styled as 'M, Duchess of Sussex' (assuming the title was intact at the time of divorce), which is the normal styling for either a dowager or divorced duchess. Funnily enough, M more or less uses this form for herself now, with an additional spurious 'the'. She would no longer be entitled to use 'princess', as she only holds that royal style courtesy of being her prince's current wife, and she would no longer be entitled to HRH for the same reason.

"The" means current. Even if Diana had lived, Camilla became The Princess of Wales once married to Charles and the Catherine once William was installed as PoW (and every woman married to a PoW prior). The Monarch can not remove the peerages titles and it is only done by Parliament in extreme circumstances. QEll applied the same to Fergie who is still Fergie, Duchess of York (meaning ex) as Di amd this would probably apply to Meghan divorced unless special consideration. Removing the title from Harry is what would automatically take it from Meghan.
@@PoloponyDi and Sarah were handled the same. As explained in a other comment, "The" only applies to those currently holding or currently married the the blood Royal holder of the title. The Princess of Wales and such Duchess are all courtesy titles. Whatever Harry loses, Meghan does too. And, as you say, if Harry retains his titles, she would most likely be styled as Meghan, Duchess of Sussex just as Di and Fergie were with their respective courtesy titles.

For a couple who live in a country with the First Amendment, I find it astonishing that they spend so much time policing everyone else's language. The documentary (if you can call it that) and his book Spare, said awful things about the royal family and mocked our wonderful late Queen. I think the author has the right to say what they want. It doesn't break any laws, (or the lawyers would have stopped it) why should we police their language?
The language used in the article is extreme as it was intended to be sensationalist. That said, the points were accurate. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, self serving and manipulative. They are a liability and clearly not just for the Royal Family.

In one of Lady C's videos she said that the King can remove Harry's prince title with only "a stroke of a pen", and that the title is not a "birthright".
Charles cannot remove Harry's title of Prince, but an act of Parliamnent can. Whilst it is said to be an easy Bill to pass, our current Government may not feel it to be in their or the Public's interest to debate such a thing.

But if what Lady C has been saying recently is correct, that a bunch of things about Meghan and Harry are going to be exposed in the Spring (on GB News she said that "it's worse than you can imagine"), then maybe the King won't really have a choice. It sounds like she's writing another book, and in one of her videos she said that Samantha Markle's lawyer has "uncovered something that threatens their very existence as public figures".
Prince Titles have been removed before, it was done in one of the WW for Traitor, I think it was 2 Princes, I’m not sure, but this is the BILL that Bob Sealy is trying to pass through government, with some tweaks here and there and M would be Princess Henry not Harry lol 😂 ❤xox
That was in 1917, against people who were enemies of the State (that is, the UK and the Commonwealth). It is now regarded as archaic, being over 100 years old, and protocol dictates that Parliament must act first. Besides that, do you really want Hazard enabled to compare himself to the war enemies of Britain and gain importance?

No family in their right mind would let them back into their personal space, nor allow them to represent them in public. They have caused great harm.
My problem with Harry is that he is a Prince and he came to America and is getting deeply involved in our politics. This would be a huge issue if it were any other royal family dabbling in our government. Saudi, Qatari, Afghan…. So why is Harry getting a pass ?

The title of Prince can be removed by the king. If you look at the recent removal of titles in Europe, you'll see that some members of the royal family lost their prince titles by order of the Queen. In England the same applies.
Why doesn't the British government threaten H&M with a lawsuit if they continue to use their titles for financial gain versus stripping them of said titles? If they tried to fight such a lawsuit I imagine they'd go bankrupt trying (if they aren't already).
