This is all about positioning you to be your best self. Beyond that, a lot of guys are clueless as to where to go and what to do in order to meet large numbers of women, because let's face it, you aren't going to meet your perfect woman with just the first one. Super good video, after my ex fiancée ended things I was so lost. But trying to find purpose again has helped immensely with healing. Mine is pretty basic, get to the gym after work. This then evolved into learning about nutrition and being healthy. The other thing is rediscovering my love of reading, so I’ve been trying to incorporate reading at the end of the day to unwind.
