Bother Had one for like a week back in 89. Olive Green. Why a Week? He Wrapped it around a tree Phucking Around and showing off and almost died. My Cousin bought my Uncles 70's Olds 442 Hurst Option with 13 Shades of Gold Glitter Strip Original Paint Job from my Grandpa for $500 that they would not sell to me at age 16 and had that for a Month before he Wrapped it around a Telephone Pole Stop Light Racing, yet I was told I could not buy it because I was the "Irresponsible" one. Father owned a Brand New late 60's Hemi Cuda and had that for a few months before Rolling that 10 times in a Field due to Drunk Driving... Brother also owned a 78 Trans Am for 2 Weeks before Crashing it also... Yet I was told I was the "Irresponsible" one. I Had a 68 Camero when I was 18 I was Trying to Rebuild but a Friend of Mine who was Rebuilding it for me, Parents Sold it 2 Months into the Rebuild because they didn't want it in their barn they never used. I was in the middle of trying to find the original owner because the title was still in his name and it had exchanged 5 owners before me... So they sold it with No Title.. We were no longer friends after that... took me for $8000 I had into it. Yet I was told I was the "Irresponsible" one.

Seconded. I look for '71 Mach 1's that are factory cars WITHOUT spoilers or stripes. If they've had them added, I take them off and return the car to it's factory look.
@mattBOSS You are correct sir! No automatics… 4 speed only! I had one identical to this one. White with black stripes. Wish I’d kept it! Loved the way it loped, and it’d burn rubber as far as you wanted!....SO cool.
@@jamessharp9790 Hard to believe, more like a high 14. I was at Fremont in c.1985 and a bunch of 427 Vettes ran the 1/4 , all around 14 sec. And the Mustangs don't hook up well in stock condition. And they just got bigger and bigger after 68. Then they became Small. I did have a 79 Mustang with a 351, didn't care for it but it was free in 1997. It had a serious leak thru the water pump bearing so I put pepper in the radiator and it cured it for over 2 months!
@@TheHypnotstCollector apples and oranges . Boss 351 a one year package , Cleveland 4v heads , solid cam , upper rpm breathing engine - less torque at launch than a big block and they actually worked well. Probably the most under rated package of the 64-73 Mustang
Meh. 1971 Mustangs were nowhere near as pretty as the 1969. They just looked to big, too bulky, and too blocky, and aerodynamically inferior. I noticed this as a young teenager, and I didn't even follow Mustangs.
Boss 302 Boss 429 Boss 351, we all luv the Boss
These old mustangs are so awesome looking and they sound so good ,I am surprised how come I rarely watch such auctions ,I love seeing them
Had one of these. I bought it used when I got out of the Navy in '77. Sold it in '83 for $5K...... It took a lot to get that much too.
Love the 71-73s.
I LOVE IT!!!! SO BEAUTIFUL AND THANKS FOR SHARING!!!
I was just watching this yesterday, and, they had some beautiful cars.
What a sweet ride
I went to high school with a guy in 1974 that had that car, in white. That could be it. It was sweet!
Gorgeous car!
Pound for pound, the BOSS351 is the best engine IMO
Now the price of these are going to go through the roof.
Ése es uno de los carros viejos más hermosos y mejor como ése ninguno Ford Mustang una verdadera belleza de vehículos
Another one of the cars on my dream cars list!!
😎😎😎
Beautiful ride!! 🔥
White though? 🤔 Needs a repaint IMHO.
My boss has one done in black in red. Super sweet car
I would have to say the owner was a little disappointed , in the sale price . These cars are stepping up !
Not as pretty as a ‘69 or ‘70 but still very cool
Meecum 🤘🏼
I really would have thought it would sell for a lot more than $75k.
I'm sure the next time this one changes owners it will be well above $100k.
Economy not good right now
Almost bought one for $15,000.00. 23 years ago.
If I had the Money I would spend 100,000 $ on this car
Such a low bid for a great car like that.

No 69-70 or 65-68 are
Yes. The early cars are nice, but the '71s are where it was at.
Am I the only one not a fan of wings or spoilers on classic fastbacks?

In reality,,probably punching out 370 bhp
А в чем прикол ? Почему так дорого ?
потому что это BOSS
They were available with an automatic. They came with the FMX automatic if you wanted it.
no sir, 4 speed only in all boss cars
Fact
@mattBOSS

4000+ Lb tuna boat. and with a 429 they just got heavier and without posi they just spin their right tire.
The Boss 351 running a 13.9-14.1 quite respectable in its era.

@TheHypnotstCollector A 79 with a 351? If true, it was swapped out. In 79 the biggest engine was the 302 (5.0).
