The comments here kinda make me love the RG more, clearly some people commenting has not seen the watch live by saying its not in the same league as Lange or being less unique. I can't think of more unique watch than the RG. I don't think people realize just how meticulous the dial is and how perfect the hands are on the Romain Gauthier. The bracelet is an engineering marvel and the movement is out of this world. Just hearing the titanium movement tick so loud is an experience on its own! It's the most audible ticking ever. Odysseus on the other hand is "richer" looking, has the day date complication and automatic movement. Guessing the bracelet is more comfortable and the sizing plus micro adjustment is better too. DIal furniture is more interesting on the Lange and the blue is just amazing, perfectly matching the steel sportiness. Both watches are incredibly interesting on its own terms in my opinion - I love the comparison video because these two watches are weirdly equal, yet they offer different experiences. I wouldn't have both in the collection but picking one is going to be really hard.
Romain Gauthier has its bracelet inspired by VC, The bezel is the same design as a Victorinox Inox, obviously extremely well executed, Movement is killer tho. Lange Odysseus will be my obvious and easy choice over the RG one.
I’d go for the Lange, but I’m a big Lange fan in general. That microadjustment on the Lange looks excellent. Chris can’t go wrong with either one, but they seem so different to me that it’s a bit odd to be cross-shopping these two lovely timepieces.

Yeah the Odysseus bracelet might not be to everyone's taste but at least they didn't simply take it off a VC Overseas 🙈

Romain Gauthier is special. I have held the movement in my hand, incredible craftsmanship and a unique dial. Gauthier is my choice.

That lange bracelet is butt ugly! And it's design is lacking in sportiness. Unimaginative case and dressy dial.
The only Lange that I really like is the Zeitwerk.😊
