@@honestfitnesstv7024 took me a few months trial and error on my fitness pal. Sometimes i eat on what i think it is and i gain weight, sometimes stay the same and other times i lose weight, but having a rough idea helps me.
@@thepoolman2528 currently I’m experimenting with tryna get a rough idea we’re I can eat and maintain, cause I’m wanting to start running long distance so I’m not gonna stress it to much but it would be nice to know lol some days I hit my calories and I’m still hungry other days Ill still have a few hundred left and I’m not hungry and my activity level stays relatively the same I’m usually way more hungry on rest days it’s kinda weird I don’t necessarily understand it at all😂

I already bought 3 different peanut flours, but none of them tastes that intensive as peanuts like pb2 :(
The salt defo adds to the flavour as when put on anything tbh lol. I'd say they both match up pretty similar which is why i don't understand why then have the 2 for sale differently?

The peanut flour is defatted. Blending peanuts is how you get full fat peanut butter. So no…. You have to buy the defatted peanut flour. But it’s so cheap compared to pbfit/pb2
