    • @aussieguy5278

It should be a crime but it's how the pharmaceutical companies ensure the population get sick , which ensures they continue to make billions of dollars on cancer treatments, etc. We live in a world of the matrix where what we think is reality (govt is to help us, nothing bad would ever go in foods, medicines, vaccines, etc) is the complete opposite of what the reality really is. We live in a corrupt and evil world.

It should be. The 'organic' corn and soy in the fields around us are on their second spraying of roundup. I don't know how this is legal... I have asked some of the local farmers how much of it they eat and they all have looked at me like I am disabled. One even went so far as to tell me that the soy they get to feed the cows on his brother's dairy farm, isn't sprayed, isn't sprayed because it makes the cows sick and ruins the milk. Great, huh?

Family of 6 trying our best to transition to this. It’s tough. I think the best thing to do is stop buying one thing, try to not replace the pretzels next time you run out. See if it matters, if not you just eliminated one crappy food for your family. Not everyone can afford to 💯 follow it all the time. I just take the knowledge and try to have my family eat more actual food and less crap.
I think another big thing with this is to not worry about it so much, if your watching these videos you obviously care a lot about your family’s health and just remind yourself.
You’re doing your best, so do your own body a favor. Close your eyes and take some deep breath’s. You got this

Get as close as you can and take the most impactful option. Example Read every label for the food option you are looking for and identify the ones with the least sugar, carbs and salt. This will at least make you more aware of what they are putting in the foods and allow you to make some choices within your economic range. You will likely eliminate a couple just with the knowledge and then with those savings identify if there is something you can afford. it will be hard but once you start doing this it will become easier and easier.

Macadamia nuts are the healthiest (and in my opinion, tastiest) nuts you can eat. They have the best ratio of omega 3 to omega 6. Most other nuts have a higher ratio of omega 6 to omega 3. Pecans and (I think) walnuts are the next best options.

Totally totally totally. I come from a farming center of Canada, and the round up is in my opinion contaminating all the food it's used on....it is possibly the reason for the rise in gluten intolerance as the wheat is sprayed before planting, at about 7 days after sprouting, it must be sprayed between the 2nd and 3rd leaf stage if I'm not mistaken.
Then you add a concoction of fungicides, pesticides, maybe other herbicides, then, in order to force the wheat crop to ripen at the same time so the harvest can come off in 1 pass, the crop is again round up'd . It is desecrated /sprayed with a chemical to kill the crop. Sprayed directly into the wheat heads and leaves which absorb the material, and kill the crop. It may be a different herbicide that is used to desecrated the crop, I don't remember what my husband called it. He didn't do much spraying. Add to that chemical concoction the chemical based fertilizers which are for those of such a mind used to make things that go boom. That stuff will kill potatoes bugs in the ground, and on plants, but will also burn the crop if used too strongly. Where some fertilizers have been spilled on the ground the grass won't grow for years. Maybe they've improved them, I don't know.
The land is direct seeded year after year, and these stuff is injected into the soil along with the seed. Annhydrous amonia is also used, the are certified applicators to do that, as the stuff can kill you quite easily. And we wonder why there's such increase in food allergies, the food is being grown on chemicals....garbage in, garbage out....and that's our diet. Ever wonder what's with the head lettuce for quite awhile now, it doesn't even look real, much less taste real. And on and on it goes.
We need to return to caring for the land as prescribed by the creator of the land and sea, and heaven.we've departed from the ways of the Lord in food production, and our health is paying the price. Return into God and His word folks, believe in Yeshua/Jesus, and truly amend your ways, cause the day of judgement for this world draws near.

All the old folks I visited that lived through the war had these set piece, post-rationing meals along the lines of ..... a small piece of boiled meat, a couple of boiled potatoes, a big serving of boiled green leaf vegetables.

Luckily, I am deathly allergic to peanuts. I am from Georgia and was fed with peanuts practically from birth. My body gave up on them when I was 42. I am now 82 and avoid anything with peanuts anywhere near what I . BTW, I am a physical organic chemist, so I really enjoyed this video.

That's the problem something this toxicity should not be given to kids. Their systems are sensitive. They should not be introduced to kids until after 4-5 yrs old

I could never figure out why some companies add extra oil to their peanut butter. I was getting freaked out watching this video thinking about how bad peanut butter is until organic Valencia (no sugar added) was mentioned. I buy that Trader Joe's. 😊

We should discuss here what organic brands of Valencia peanut butter are the best. Sharing is caring.

    1. He forgot to mention that the roasting of the nuts creates acrylamides which are classified as a probable carcinogen.
    2. Advanced glycation end-products AGEs are also created in roasting (as in many other cooked foods) and these are thought to be damaging to health
    3. Also, unlike some other nuts, the oils in peanuts are mostly omega-6 which is not so bad in itself but if, like most people in the west, you have way too much omega-6 in your diet and way too little omega-3 and you are trying to get the balance right then eating peanuts will not be helping.

That is about high temp roasting, specially for long durations, and almonds are the most susceptible to the formation of acrylamide. Roasting at 154°C (309F) or above will lead to an exponential rise in acrylamide.

Simply not true, omega 6 is not bad. That’s a complete misconception, it can actually promote healing, most people actually lack omega 6, or are consuming oxidized versions of it. Not True.

Also many peanut butters are now being packaged in plastic jars and the fat from the peanut butter can leach chemicals from the plastic.

1 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter with a handful of raisins and raw sunflower seeds daily during my 4 hours when I am not fasting. Feel great!
