I'm not one for impact conditioning (unless it is generally used to maintain already conditioned parts).
imho, some fun for the feet -
try building the big toe for kicking, pushing etc techniques (this also builds a stronger foot and leg structure) by standing on the edge of a step/stair. Working towards holding/suspending your full weight (comfortably) off the step while standing only on your big toes (keeping the two toes straight and parallel with the body) *holding walls beside step or hand rails is fine to help structure and for safety*
Then (once comfortable holding this position over the step), do rises and falls on just the big toes. Imagine your doing 'chin ups' but with your big toes :)
Once you can happily do that (for prolonged periods) - assume a pushup position (on a smooth wooden/stone floor) but with your feet on the tips of your big toes. In this position, learn to walk around (cat like) and always on just your big toes (try to keep them straight and don't over bend them - resist the urge to bend the toes too much). Aim to get as confident as if you were doing it on the balls of your feet rather than the tips of the big toes.
All this helps build the ability to both take impact on the tip of the big toe but also strengths the whole foot for grabbing, pushing, thrusting and impact. And can vastly improve other conditioning methods with their inclusion.
    Some supplemental training would be:
adding weight in a rucksack to make some exercises harder.
standing barefoot at one end of a towel (or rug) and pulling it towards you using only your toes (helps build small muscles in the foot and the surrounding tendons).
Learning to stand only on your big toes (make this a very long term goal). After this, try very shallow jumping on the big toes (end goal).
Combine ideas and always have the mindset 'gradual, progressive, overload'. Never push yourself to injury..

Your iron conditioning has always amazed me. Granted, where a person lives and what they wear and don't wear for their waking varies. I guess I could picture that even with wearing shoes, if your feet are conditioned to take the blows, you're less likely to break bones by giving various kicks. So it definitely makes sense; I just never thought of such training before.

Do we kick only with the big toe or can I condition my smaller toes as well? Also, I thought of something else. What if, in a fight, someone attacks by stomping on my toes? Can I somehow condition them against such an attack? I could hit them with a bottle for example as I do with my shins. Is this possible?

I guess you could give that a try. Toughen up the whole foot by kicking to prevent attacks to the instep.

Love your iron body mentality and your expression in your videos.
BTW have you ever trained your toes, or the foot 'fist'. Functional and quite deadly after a year or two.
    Hope to see more progression.

digvijaykick3r hello again my friend. I just try and have a good balanced diet and dont bother with sweets and foods that dont actually give nutrition. biscuits, cakes, sweets, chocolate.. Also i dont eat processed foods, like cereals and mass produced foods/ try to limit that. Milk, or soy milk or some substitute milk is good for calcium, or just a quality calcium/ vitamin tablet to supplement. I avoid at all costs, thinks like coke, fanta, sprite and mainstream drinks like that. sometimes i have ginger ale or tonic water as a treat. i avoid added sugar.or refined sugar. The list of my boring activities goes on... I may make a video on the subject if it helps...keep well and many thanks

Iron Body Martial Arts thanks for the reply dude! I’m currently waiting to get into an inpatient rehab facility in Vancouver for my knees atm actually. My plan is to go there get rehabbed up to the point where I can go about normal life again & then I’m designing a plan for myself to do over the course of the rest of my life and in ten years or so compete in the Highland games. I’m currently 24. Really appreciate the response and your content. I’m going to be adding what I learned in this video to my future program. Cheers bro 🍻

      Ok man.. well good luck.
If you want to do this, then start with a wooden plank and just have it against a wall and tap it with your toes,, you can put some foam over it or a bundle of anything.. just press and tap at the bundle/ sheet every day in your spare time as you walk, tap at things with your toes.. in this way it will build up.. toes or whatever part you wish to train..

I mean the bones in your heel are way less likely to break than say your toe bones or the bones on the top of your foot. That being said the tendons and ligaments at the heel get injured pretty frequently by athletes, surely moreso than the bone does

Afan Ali I'm not sure.. maybe not.. you may be able to move with more agility and confidence if your foot is tougher.. maybe that might make you faster.. technically

Dont do any toe strikes, but everything else should be fine.
i found that doing foot specific conditioning helped me alot.
