- Seriously though... I and the cold just don't get along. But Snow photography, especially paired with how to photograph portraits in snow, is definitely pretty! You can photograph snow in so many ways but I love using off-camera flash in the snow to make it stand out more. Dark backgrounds are a key part of snow photography tips. Anyway, it was freezing but the snow engagement shoot (with a real couple that wasn't actually a couple, they were models that didn't know each other until this winter engagement shoot haha). I hope it helps learn how to photograph snow falling for your next snowy photoshoot with easy flash photography!

Yes definitely, but since I positioned it behind them, the color cast was on the back of their heads mostly :-)

Prayers. But really it’s not cold enough to do anything to it. The snow is just water and this camera can handle it
@@VanessaJoy i have photographed couples in -20c with my camera, the only concern is condensation on the lens

Think the cold's bad, you should try 35C and 70-90% humidity. That's far worse. You can rug up in the cold, you can only take off so much before you get arrested for indecent exposure!!! :D :P
