There's not many out there that are down to earth, about caring for your mental health and giving a detox a fair go. It's a breath of fresh air to see someone like yourself on UA-cam that actually has these core values (and then some) and getting the word out especially to the younger generation. Really proud of you.
I know the vid didn't do as well as the others you put out in the past, but this was one of your best! Effort into shots, script, pacing, etc is super good. Made me rethink how much time I've spent on my phone. Keep it up, you're an inspiration

I've turned off my notifications a long time ago and it helped me a lot! Just remember guys: Discipline is the most important thing! Just take a step back and look at yourself and those around you! You will see the difference! Big ups for the vid finzar!
Dropped my phone in the snow 6 months ago and couldn't charge it anymore. I spent 10 days waiting for the new one to arrive, and in the meantime, I felt completely free. The 4 first days are the hardest, but you eventually get used to it. By the way, I wanted to say thank you Fin. I bought your preset packs 4 months ago, grew my channel and reached 16k subs. Really grateful 🙏

I'm about 2 weeks into deleting Instagram off my phone (my most used app at the time) and I do feel like it's been better without it.
