Jeff Rockwell has a whole instructional on the sit-up escape. This is a great intro and Rockwell develops a whole system for escaping from bottom. This also fits in with the whole collar tie based defense that you did a video for when a guy has gotten around your legs. I get a lot of guys really frustrated with the collar tie as they drive and drive and never get anywhere. Some guys get by it but they are usually exhausted.
@@Themaxdogtrainerit used to be on dijitsu and artechoke media but I don’t see it around anymore. You can piece the system together, by using Marcelo’s situp escape videos on UA-cam and Ryan halls defensive guard dvd.
This move is so so so sick, also I really like the collar tie variation on your butterfly sweep, and how you really exaggerate the movement where you shove his arm down so his shoulder makes contact with the mat first
thanks for watching but most importantly TRYING the techniques! share! osss
Great series 👏
Thanks for sharing 🙏

Do you know where I can find it? I've tried all the avenues I can think of.

Tried it tonight. Worked a treat and I got the guy back in guard. Will keep working it.
Ouch with that slap at the end lol. Amazing technique. Cant wait to try it as side control is my worst position
Great video Brandon. I'm sure I've seen you do a video where you mention the "hip shovel" but can't seem to find it again.
Marcelo always do this, glad I found this video.
