Pro tip for anyone doing this at home. I found that removing the grease fitting/nipple for both disassembly and reassembly allowed the joint to compress enough to get the snap ring in. In my first few attempts, I'd over-packed the new join, and the grease wouldn't allow me to compress the assembly enough to get the snap ring in.
If you are rebuilding a joint with some miles on it and you can’t seem to get the C-clip to release , remove the grease fitting . I wasn’t able to compress the joint enough to get the pressure off the clip . ( broke a set of c clip pliers) once I removed the zerk the c clip came out much easier....
You can get the replacements direct from us, and we still support and have repair parts for these control arms. Please give us a call anytime and we can get you dialed in. 801-713-3314

What is the part Number for the Flex Joints being rebuilt in this video? I have the exact same ones on my Cherokee Long Arm Kit, but I can not find them on your website.
@@teraflexsuspensions front, lower, frame side. I rebuilt it with the Large #1951000 rebuild kit.. But my grease fitting is broken off and I can not grease it up properly, so I'd like to just replace the whole thing at this point. I also need the medium joints for my front, upper, "frame" side (they are radius arms and just bolt back into the lowers) ...and wow, thanks for the quick response!

We like to use a Lucas Red N Tacky. But any synthetic grease will do.
Is the other guy ok??
Does this work on a rough country lower arm also ?
We have never tested them with other control arms, only our own. We cannot guarantee that it will work.
So how do I know if the joint needs to be rebuilt?
I assure you that you will realize friend ... I just just rebuilt the two front of my jeep.

@@hazaelmayoral7053 Those will be pressed out. It is easiest with a hydraulic press.
