    Hi Eric,
As a Brit, I thought I’d share a little story of mine from when I lived in Japan for a year.
So I used to eat at a Jonathan’s family restaurant near to my flat for dinner sometimes and would regularly order a large mug of draught beer but they would always pour it so it contained around 70% drinkable beer and around 30% head. In England, a proper pint should consist of around 90-95% beer and 5-10% head. You can even ask the server to top it up with beer if you aren’t happy so that it’s 100% beer.
So one night I asked the waitress in Jonathan’s if she wouldn’t mind giving me a beer with a reduced head. No word of a lie, she returned to the table with a jockey of beer which was 70% full of beer (30% empty) and zero head. I laughed out loud and asked her if she would top the jockey up with beer. She subsequently asked her manager and returned politely telling me “no can do”... ha

I always like to see you trying traditional Japanese dishes. Of course I enjoy most all your videos; the variety is great. But Japanese culture and food is what brought me to your channel, so the foods of Japan interest me the most. I appreciate you giving everything a try, even when it turns out not so tasty!
I hope you will have more teishoku, street and matsuri food videos in the near future. Oh, and maybe a vegetarian-only Japanese food episode.👍

You mentioned where Japan has one of the longest rivers and has a lot of fish there. Have you thought about doing a few videos where you show the beginning and ends of locations, cities, rivers, specials paths, etc?
Also, are you planning on doing any upcoming videos of harvesting? I really enjoyed the strawberry picking as well as the bamboo digging and I'd like to see you be able to pick more and the locals make their specialty dishes for you.

Oh, a six star t-shirt - but will this EMT meal get a six EMT heads rating? Just a question after the first minute of your video...
The soup is horrible - now there must be something with an eight EMT heads... great just the next dish gets an „oh, boy!“. No, the second set has problems with the rating...
After half of the video I guess that it will get max. a five EMT heads rating. There were many „Mmmh!"s but the slimy stuff seems not to be your favorite dish - if there is natto the rating will be max. 4 EMT heads...
Yes, I am right with my EMT rating.
Thank you for sharing your video with us.

Cooking avocado??? By itself. No way. Protip......split and take the seed out of an avocado. Scoop just enough out (if you need the space, depending on the type of avocado) crack an egg in each half and finish under a broiler. Perfect breakfast with a slice of toast. Serves two.
