Eric, a little secret...I had some major surgeries since October 2017. Of ALL the food channels on UA-cam, your channel is my favorite. I say this and love watching you because I swear at times I feel like I can taste the food as you eat and explain how it tastes. You see, I can’t eat most foods, not like I was able yrs ago. Steaks, seafood, snails and squid were my favorite foods. I can no longer eat them..thanks to you..I’m blessed with taste buds that have a memory...lol crazy I know, but obviously there is only one Eric out there, and you make this magic happen for me :)

So, I promise not to write a book for every comment I leave, just wanting you to know.
Congrats on the job, and I think it’s fantastic your son will be going to your college..love it.

I love the concept all you can eat but with a time limit Japan knows how to do it! That salad also looked amazing.

A NEUROSURGEON?! Am I the only one completely blown away by this? (Unless it ends up being a joke too) It's a complete surprise to me.
