This is good. Love fluffy quinoa. Only thing I do different is that I toast the quinoa in a dry pan first. Makes it taste so good.
How long do you toast and what temperature?
@@Jcthekat213toast at 491°C for 10 mins
What stove do you have? A volcano
LMFAOAOAOA LITERALLY
@@uncleg23 what the hell????
This is perfect. Best video of quinoa making on the internet
No, the right answer is David lynch on cooking quinoa.
These perfect loops making me watch 50 times ! 😂😂😂😂
This is exactly how I do it and he comes out great every time
Acc. To texts and suggestions from our wise old people it is recommended to soak it for 7-8 hours before cooking to make it easily digestible and many more added benifits 😊
Always soak it fr minimum 2-3hrs or overnight, gud for health
Yes, it has a compound named saponin and it tastes bitter if not soaked min. 2-3 hours. Good job for pointing this! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you. I just tried and it works!!
Thank you great ..short excellent video ..no time wasting
Yesss thank youu ❤

Thank you!
This would look really good if I liked quinoa
Excellent done perfect 👌
Very nice, thank you.
As an asian, i just use rice cooker. Come out perfect every time.
thank is delicious. People make sure you rinse well before you cook it, or is gonna taste bitter♡♡
1- 1 part quinoa with 1 part and 1/4 water
2- Bring to boil, put the lid on and cook on low heat for 12 minutes
3- Extra step: dry it in a pan or in the oven
You’re welcome
The first time yesterday i tried quinoa
Awesome 🥣👍🏻
Thank you 😋
Mine absorbed all water after only 10 mins, is it safe to eat? I was scared to let it longer if it might burn
Very nice 👍🏻
Thank you 👍
One small doubt did u cooked in high, medium or in low flame?
Do you have to fry it like Mexican rice? Mine comes out kinda crunchy, what do I do ? Is the lid thing gonna fix that? And great job on the edit loop!
Same here, my quinoa always comes out crunchy 😕
Soak the quinoa overnight first (minimum 3 hrs), then cook.
Do you wash it first? Some one said it has a bitter taste.
😢 i did 1 pt qu and 2 pt water but the water didnt get absorbed, i still covered it like rice but sooo musy, should I drain it if the water doesnt absorb??
Where we will get
Add some salt and seasoning.
Why does my Quinoa come out crunchy? I bring it to the boil, simmer 15 then sit with a lid for 5 minutes. I fluff it but it has a bit of a crunch - is quinoa supposed to have a crunch?
It is optimum to soak the quinoa for 2-3 hrs (or overnight )before cooking.
Just get a rice cooker and use the Asian finger method to measure the water
Tips on finding an Asian finger
@@CopperHeadProjects
Step 1: go to a local Chinese restaurant
Step 2: get friendly with one of the old worker
Step 3: meet the family and make sure they like you
Step 4: get married to the daughter
Step 5: cut off her finger and now you have an Asian finger
Note: you may use anyone's finger from the family but this is the more convenient version
