Hey all, another fire workout for you, this will definitely work to strengthen & tone your upper body. It is targeted at the Chest, Triceps & Back and Biceps. I’m using 7.5kg (16.5 lbs) and 5kg (11 lbs) Dumbbells. Remember to take it at your own pace, focus on the mind muscle connection and control your movements for optimal results. If you want to make it more challenging play around with speed of movement, take an active rest or increase your weights. And don’t forget to Have fun 🤗❤️

Are these 20 mins ones with only 2 rounds in them enough to build muscle and shape my body as i loose weight in a calorie deficit or should i add a curcit ? 😊❤ i was told to do more and make it intense as i can not sure how maybe heavier weights ..i do recover good from these and your app compared to 30 mins more intense moves but my body has been looking the same for months 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Hello I am 63 years old, and I have weight loss surgery 2 1/2 years ago. I have lost over 150 lb s. I love your exercises because I can do them. But what I would like to know is I'm working with 5 lb weights, when should I move up to 10 lb? Thank you
