Sam Porter yeah I noticed that he’s reaching a bit for that high A note but Slipknot killed it as always. Corey’s screams are amazing.

Hearing this live in 2015 was definitely a highlight for me it sounds so fuckin crunchy live but I cant get over just how good the band sounds their performing on a higher level then they ever have in my opinion this album really brought them closer not only as a band but as family as one unit and you can tell in the way they've been sounding

Just have to point out how amazing V-man's playing is in this recording.
V-Man has an amazing sound on his bass it's so crunchy and clean hes a badass

Goosebumps. Also... it took like 20 years for them to invent technology to be able to clearly hear the vocalist in a live metal performance. Still has a few kinks, but those should clear up in 5 years or so.
What? We've had this technology since the 50s, if not earlier. Its all down to the mix.

@@CalligherIV there mask are very similar in the mouth area, chris had the same issue and still sounded much better than michael and clown sound together.

@@CalligherIV Fehn`s mask was the same, probably even closer. The sound hadn`t been so bright, but Chris`s voice too powerful.
@@AX7Raven it could be similar, but Fehn's mask was different, if you take a look at tortilla man's mask the leather of the mask is overexposed at the mouth.

@jafnisa its a technique a lot of vocalists do that too
@@alexgrab3086 Corey uses it wrong though. He doesn't pull away for volume control, he pulls away from high notes because he's not entirely sure he can hit them properly without being flat. He then pulls away, so we can barely hear the flat note.

Yeah new guy's vocals at the time were definitely sub par, listen to some of the newer concerts his vocals have gotten wayyyy better. Not as good as Chris's yet but definitely getting there
