without drummer for bassist OK we are agree without big nose man the are awful Corey sound like voiceless raven ( sounds awful) SlipknoT are dead now one franchise exist sorry bro ,but they are until 2008 later they are dead
When I hear people praise Slipknot, the things that are mentioned most are usually Corey's vocal ability and the percussion all around being so prominent, but man... Jim and Mick's chemistry is truly something to behold and I think this video does a great job of highlighting it.
YES
Yeah I agree. I kinda think Corey's vocals are pretty average. He only has one scream under his belt. I would not consider him to be an amazing vocalist. His voice is just iconic. Everyone knows it when they hear it.
@@im.weasel Whoa there. Nah, we're not calling Corey an average vocalist. lmao. That was not the point of my comment. It's okay to praise someone without it being a diss at someone else.
@@brandodasavage5538 Im not sure what you're saying when you say diss someone else. All im saying is that a lot of people say corey taylor is an amazing vocalist and I would have to disagree. Do I think he sound good. Yes I do, but in my opinion what makes a vocalist average and what makes them great is range. Corey does not have range. He has a mid false cored. Look at Randy Blythe. I am not a big fan of him, but he has far more range. He can do lows gutturals and some pretty good high screams.
@@im.weasel The fact that you just said "His voice is iconic" is what makes him a great vocalist. You can pick him out of a crowd of a thousand singers. Thats no easy feat
2009- it's not a phase mom
2020- it's not a phase honey
2032-Its not a phase son
true. Mine from 2007 until now.
I still can't believe I was lucky enough to be part of this intimate show was the most surreal experience of my life seeing one of my favourite bands up close (p.s I haven't washed my dress yet)
Nice! How many songs did they play? How were you invited?
Are you the girl that Corey hug at 0:57????
@@LuizEMachadoMusic they played 6 song, and it was through a competition on radio 1 😁
@@SyrfTheater yes she is
I am so jealous! Btw what _does_ Corey smell like anyway?
There's no space in the stage for the Mistic dance of Sid Wilson!
Lol
He's going full Palpatine with his stage getup
He could dance in the heads of those in the audience jajaj
I knew something was missing and off about this performance!
what is the point of sid
These guys are a blessing. God damn musical geniuses! Stay healthy, rock on!
These guys have been my favorite band since I was in middle school (Vol 3 album) they're unlike any other band out there! We're blessed they exist
Besides their new stuff ofc. lol Corey Taylor has lost it some time ago..
@@Merlin0fCamelot you must have an ear infection... Their new stuff is killer
FromTheSky I don’t think so. They just played a show about 15 hours before this and this was a mid day thing. He’s sounding incredible these days.
@@FromTheSky0 I have a great ear for music. I play about 9 instruments, I make beats and rap.. I also listen to more genres than just 1.. So I have a wide variety of experience and know exactly what I'm talking about. lol Music is subjective though.. I know what I know. You know what you know. Perspective is everything. ;)
I don't care what the haters have to say about Slipknot, their music got me through some tough shit in life. Slipknot is a blessing
Oh my, that percussion at 4:10
That lady definitely was lucky to be hugged by Corey
If he gets corona I'ma find her...
whos her??
@@juanpablo255 her.
@@x_sulphur_x9776 worth it. lol
irish_ Toker420 Plottwist he gave it to her
I like how they just said fuck it hit the keg the whole time haha
Lost in the static is possibly the coolest song name I’ve ever heard
best comment on yt
a tip: you can watch series on Flixzone. Been using them for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.
@Ben Aaron definitely, been using flixzone for since december myself :)
GUNDRUMMER
I doubled checked my playback speed just to make sure that this isn’t playing at 2x speed
Really bad. And bad for singing also. Too fast
00:57 I didn't know that Adele digs Slipknot. Awesome!
I know I'm old 'cause I still feel this is that new Slipknot single
Like every show they perform, i always think that also
Yup lol
This song came out when I was addicted to Runescape in middle school.
@@TheJazzyOtaku I already had become a father twice, 2 baby boys, and I was 19. Lolz I got owned by my own weewee
I was 21 when I first saw them play at Ozzfest. That was 21 years ago this summer.
When he hugged that one lady 😂
This must have so bad ass to experience actually being there. The band kill it in such a cramped space. I think they should rock out more shows like this one.
Agreed
*You don't need friends when you have a Slipknot playlist*
I can personally vouch for that, dude!🤘🤘
True xD
Yeah
MY FRIENDSS!!
Its more nice if
1. Can hear tortilla man screaming
2. Cameraman get sid dance's
Yea, I'm a die hard Slipknot fan and I like tortilla man, I just don't like how we can barely hear him but he's getting there and we need to see Sid dance
It would be better if cameraman showed Mick Thomson playing the solo not Jim Root
Well tortilla man scream sounds like stans dad from South park.
It'd be better if the camera angles were better in general. It felt like I was watching a music video.
3. Jay gets a GoPro
This temporary pause on the world has got me really grateful that I got to see them live this year! Stay safe everyone.
Same!
Seen them this year in dublin only 1 month before corona
Sovereign King Got to see them last year, very grateful since my parents despise metal.
I was meant to see them with Metallica.. You're really lucky that you've seen them in the form they've been in lately!
@@SovereignKing fingers crossed!
"How fast do you wan the song to be played?"
Slipknot: Yes
Gotta appreciate Tortilla for singing Psychosocial during Mick's solo like in the studio version
1:31 REALLY HIT ME. Goosebumps.
gosh the sound mixing in this one. nice one bbc you didnt butcher the performance this time.
We couldn't hear Jim roots solo!!!
One of the greatest songs ever created by Slipknot
This might be the best recorded performance of this song
Fantastic bass too
Corey taylor is a beast. One of the best front man's of all times.
lol
2:57 *THE LEMONS OF THE DEAAAD*
Head banging in isolation is a LOT of fun, who knew!
with a face mask haha!
I hope you and your family members are safe from corona
Thanks, you too.
@@proggyboi7115 thanks
Thx to you too, my school here has closed down and all restaurants and other facility's are closed only the stores are open but we still need to do work for school 😞
Antisocial antisocial
@@tazz4425 🤣😂😅😂🤣😅 that was fucking great!!
0:13 Mick: what's wrong with my pinch harmonic
Only big pp guitarists like this post
Do you ever just listen to Slipknot and all your stress, hate, and worries just melt away with every single verse. Honestly, chills. 🤘🏻🔥
Coreys Mask is so much better now. I liked the it when it can out but this one is a lot better.
Totally! The white colour and the stitches give a sense of old Big e
eye, and Iowa's era.
Rubén E Corredor A I think it’s just face paint under the mask
I wonder if he got my message I sent on Instagram. I posted several months ago that he should thin the sides down and it looks like he did just that and then stitched it together haha.
@@30ShotCapone it is
Jarrad Bruessel you can always check if he’s seen it or not
Tell me it doesn't sound like he's yelling, "CIRCUMCISION! CIRCUMCISION!"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's all I hear now loool
In fact, it's yayoyaya
He is. The mask took over him and what you heard was Corey begging for a circumcision because it's the only way to break the curse
i.... i always thought it was circumcision until i checked the lyrics...
Slipknot: *Exists*
Pop music has left the chat.
0:57 I WANT COREY TO HUG ME TOO, SHE IS SO LUCKY😭😭😭
Philippines: psychosocial distancing 😂
huh?
Jay San social distancing
No.
Antisocial! Antisocial!

"I DID MY *squeak!*"
Freaking amazing. So thankful their live music is readily available, but it does not take away the desire to see them live...being there, in person, at a concert, simply takes it to another level
I'm so jealous of these folks getting to see them in such an intimate setting... I love SlipKnot , some kickass musicians !!!
I Remember when we had concerts.
Lol. Stay safe, man.
NEEDED THIS.
Meaning
UN ok ok unha
It doesn't matter if you prefer Black, trash, doom, heavy or death, we all love SLIPKNOT
Often times in a band's life time there will be performances that define the career of said band. Slipknot has had a few, but I truly believe that this is one of those career defining performances. The band already showed they still had it in them with the Kimmel performance, but with this 5 song performance they were allowed to let loose and be wild and just be the most Slipknot that they could be. Their playing is some of the best it has ever been, and the chemistry between all the members, both old and new, is really awesome to see. Just a solid performance showing that Slipknot still has tons of energy in them.
been a fan of slipknot for like 16 years now and this is still giving me goosebumps
Was supposed to be at Knotfest Japan this weekend.
Guess this makes up for it a little?
Ken Tan except this is FAR from their best performance. Jim basically made up half of the solo. The sound guy doesn’t know what the fuck he’s doing and everything else is just really sloppy. They clearly did not have their heart in this proformance
@@ellieosteen8322 I feel the same way
@@ellieosteen8322 forgetting the rest, nothing wrong with improvising a guitar solo.
Kodiak Wild good point. I just wish it was good. What he made up didn’t fit with the song in my opinion. That’s just me though
It's unfortunate because Jim's solo on the record is actually just improv to begin with, so it's not like there's an original piece written for it he can look back on. Would be nice for him to re learn it by ear though.
That's the best soundtrack for our forced quarantine lads! Stay safe everyone!
I heard this joke that COVID-19 can be transported through water so you can say The rain will kill us all
@@thomas_9020 nah, this is fake news
I cant go to school so my labour are going to hate me for blasting dis song
Not all are
1:19 i always love this part when Psychosocial live. Jim's melodic verry eargasm.
It's like they brought this song back to life with this performance, incredible!
Man, the personal level of watching this must have been out of this world. Went to private concert for Metallica after St. Anger was released, only 100 people were there at the Fillmore Theatre in San Fran. I thought I was in heaven for that show, caught a guitar pick and drum stick. One of the best shows I’ve ever been too.
I like listening to this kind of soothing music while sipping my tea🎵🎶😸😸😸😸🤟🤟🤟🤟
I NEVER BELIEVE SOMETHING LIKE BBC WOULD BRING SLIPKNOT IN THE CHANNEL,.. PLEASE BRING ANOTHER METAL/ROCK MORE
What a performance! And Jim's Strat is gorgeous!
I love this performance, the video editing, their costumes, and corey's mask(current version)
This is why i love Slipknot when times are chaotic or stressful they make it better.
Best live band I have ever seen at download 2019. They were spectacular.
This song never gets old
Can we also appreciate the cinematography, looks amazing!
This is why I love Slipknot. Insane.
I love how you can hear the bass as well as you can in this.
Unreal level of talent. Blows me away
Sid waving at people 🤣
00:58 luckiest woman. She cant believe it ❤️❤️🔥🤘🏻 Corey such a humble guy
I can listen to this all day
They played a show in England. 5 days before the whole country went into lockdown from Covid. Big win for slipknot and England 🤘🏽
3:03 the new guy has a microphone taped to his head lmao
Good catch , that's great 😂😂
It’s not taped, it’s stuck in the mask
🤣

2:50 Heaven on earth ❤️🔥
One of the best performances ever
Mick: does his solo
Cameraman: what a great time to film Jim 🙄
@Jullys first half of the solo (mick’s section). Second half is Jim’s section
0:58 I wish I was that woman
We all do
In times like this we do need a good break. Thank you so much BBC and Slipknot!!!
Its incredible how good they sound live,.wow
its never get old
Many Slipknot fans think All Hope Is Gone is their worst record, but it holds a special place in my heart because of this song. Next to Heretic Anthem, this is also a favorite of mine.
one of my favorite songs ever
The production for this performance is awesome...sound quality esp, but everything else too. Wish I'd been there.
Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooh YAA!
Always got me hyped
Slipknot é como um bom vinho, quanto mais velho melhor
I heard this song for the first time when I was in Jr. High (2012) and love that they're still rocking this song. Much love to all of you maggots! 🤘
All these old songs remind me Paul Gray.
Rest In Peace.
1:00 that is a really cute interaction. Corey seems like a really nice person.
Ooh I like the extra percussion in the breakdown too that was dope
Bloody love these guys
That was ffin incredible !!! Sounded soooo good live.
Very cool show🤘🏻 That is one song which makes me happy on bad days. Also this version is one of the greatest Live versions of Psychosocial I have heard of Slipknot
The stage is small for them, best rock band ever, keep rocking slipknot.
Amazing performance, excellent cinematography, masterful editing....this just has it all.
One of the best live version
