    That was a very valuable tutorial. I really appreciate all of the tips about form and execution.The shoulder warm up was unique and I'll be sure to incorporate it in my practice. Thank you for explaining the spring tension options in relation to stability. I'm new at reformer Pilates and this instruction is lacking from some of the instructors at my studio. I came here because of safety and efficacy concerns. You really helped thank you!
