SUBURBS with GREATEST Price DROPS - Perth, Western Australia
Вставка
- Опубліковано 17 лют 2024
- In this video we talk about the suburbs in Perth, Western Australia that have experienced the greatest price correction over the past year. Most of Perth suburb prices are trending upwards except for these suburbs mentioned in this video.
In these suburbs it's cheaper to buy now in early 2024 than it was in 2022 when prices skyrocketed out of control.
We walk around the suburb of Salter Point as we talk about the suburbs with greatest price drop.

Thanks for made the video, it's funny some suburbs are dropping. Lots of suburbs gone up a lot
Some suburbs have risen way too fast and are experiencing a price correction.
Thanks for the hope. 😊
You're welcome. 😎
Awesome video. Could you do a video on different suburbs around Albany, WA?
I've heard the peak has come and gone 🤞🏼
It's a bit of a long drive but we'll see how we go and try and do something on Albany.
@vloggersontheloose awesome!
Yey! I want to buy in Salter point. I just don't have money though
We feel your pain and are in the same position 😎
If the “median price for a house in Salter Point is AUD 1.425M” then that means there must be a lot of cheaper houses there, including a dilapidated 2x1 near Manning Road.
Correct - that's how median house prices work.
There are markets within markets
True - overpriced properties will always be subject to a price correction. Especially when people are buying based on FOMO. 😎
Yeah some people will be caught out
@@vloggersontheloose Politicians are part of the problem, houses are plenty they are just being stockpiled by politicians and shady real estate investors. Alot of empty houses in Australia.
Salter Point $1.4m Bargain! Probably some dilapidated 2x1 near Manning road.
You're not wrong. It probably is.
Why Bunbury gone up a lot? It's expensive now
It's a major regional city with a lot of interest from buyers. It has a lot of infrastructure and good job prospects.
@@vloggersontheloose thanks for your information, what are the infrastructure in Bunbury? How about the suburb of Eaton? I bought a property in Eaton a few months ago, but I never seen my property.
In Bunbury they have a port, a hospital, educational facilities, sporting facilities, major shopping areas including commercial, restaurants & cafes and lots of job opportunities. We never went to Eaton but it's close to all of these amenities.
@@vloggersontheloose thanks for your information
Their are plenty of million airs over there
That's true.
These suburbs may go up when interest dropped
That may happen.
