In this video we talk about the suburbs in Perth, Western Australia that have experienced the greatest price correction over the past year. Most of Perth suburb prices are trending upwards except for these suburbs mentioned in this video.
In these suburbs it's cheaper to buy now in early 2024 than it was in 2022 when prices skyrocketed out of control.
We walk around the suburb of Salter Point as we talk about the suburbs with greatest price drop.

If the “median price for a house in Salter Point is AUD 1.425M” then that means there must be a lot of cheaper houses there, including a dilapidated 2x1 near Manning Road.

In Bunbury they have a port, a hospital, educational facilities, sporting facilities, major shopping areas including commercial, restaurants & cafes and lots of job opportunities. We never went to Eaton but it's close to all of these amenities.
