Glad you liked it!
great video , thanks . What about further north Yanchep , Two rocks ? is it worth investing there ?
Love it
Nice one!
Some absolute gold here
Cheers :)
Does neighbouring suburbs like Camilo near Armadale benefit from the same growth projections?
City of Wanneroo is a mixed bag. Plenty of new builds in the far north coastal with little to no ammenities yet, while established suburbs are east of Lake Joondalup which restricts ease of access to the city of Joondalup and coastal attractions.
Additionally, more and more services are closing in the Wanneroo area and sending customers to Joondalup.
Great observations
Agreed, not so good for short term growth but in the long term it's amazing. Alkimos & eglinton district centres will have almost 80k+ jobs!
So u believe Joondalup is a better investment option?
@@toniau613 Closer to the beach better?
So about two years ago you said Rockingham had 10% more to grow in this cycle. Now you are saying it is still good to invest? Shall we take the opposite of your prediction?😂
It is in the top 5 in Perth, that is all! We prefer to buy in other markets for our clients
@bokyeahlao1 - most suburbs have grown a lot, I don't think 10% is the right threshold anymore
@@RipehouseAdvisory haha ok fair enough. The Rockingham area definitely have gone up way more than 10% in the last two years but I acknowledge no one has a crystal ball and it was probably your best prediction at the time.
Here in Golden Bay we are still.seeing 18 % per year thus far .
I was waiting for you to pronounce Cockburn 😂
lol how did I go?
I had to practise Mandurah in the mirror…
I wonder how Sandy Roberts would pronounce Cockburn? 😂
Mandurah homes !
This sure feels like a parody as someone actually from Perth. Basically you've picked all of the meth and crime centres of the city. They're all places that when analysed from interstate/overseas they look like they should be good, if Perth gets a lot of out of state investment then those places could all actually perform well, Mandurah for example boomed back in the mid 2000s interstate led property boom but they're all spots that locals and people actually living in the city will do everything to avoid because they're terrible places to actually be because of who lives there.
Did enjoy the interstate pronunciation of Cockburn also (for future reference Co-Burn but pronouncing the ck makes it better).
Buyers from the east are buying in those places not to live there but rather to make money meanwhile locals are sleeping 😂😂
You need a big police complex in Armadale 😂
Lol - nice and shiny!
Same with Mandurah

It is the "gentrification" that drives returns..
@@RipehouseAdvisory I know but if you lived here you would understand but huge profits if your buying in the town everywhere’s got its up and downs
Yanchep
Picki link is not a link
Try now?
Are there any areas you think I missed? Let me know!
The North West corridor of Padbury, Craigie, Beldon and Heathridge have massive upside
Yes we do like that area!
Coastal adjacent Cockburn.
What are your thoughts on Geraldton region? Particularly, Wandina
How do I reach out to you guys to have a chat about buying
Dianella?
Wanneroo over Joondalup Perths satellite city??!! Don’t think so.
Why didnt Cockburn city LGA make it on this list.

@@RipehouseAdvisory Beautiful, thanks for the reply (Y)
Profiting on misery
Move to China if you don't like it 👋🏽
Thats one view!
@@RipehouseAdvisory I don’t blame you, it’s just a shit state of affairs in housing atm in Perth.
Absolutely zero financial data on the recommendations which could inform an idea of financial return on investment. Everything said is purely a demographic description. Totally useless.
